An absolute rip-off!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!
I purchased a backpack which is sold as this great scratch-free, waterproof leather and is far from the truth when it actually arrives. It came 2 days late without an email or heads up to state that this would be the case.
It is made very cheaply, straps do not stay in place and keep falling down as you wear them. Also when i first opened this item the rancid smell that came out of it was absolutely revolting.

I then contacted the company and was put through to a lady called Teresa, who offered a $6 refund and poor apology which within it clearly stated that the website was misleading and had mis-sold many items in this way. She then refused to compromise on a resolution when i stated that i would accept a $20 refund for all the trouble and inconvenience caused by this joke of a company.

SCAM. Do not order from them. I am going to let the BBB know if they do not reimburse my money. I ordered 3 pair of pants on 4/12/19 and never received them. When you go to Elk store in Google you get to talk to a very nice man that runs a General store on the West coast of California. I am contacting the BBB and everybody else that has had a problem should too.

I read the other reviews, my experience exactly! The backpack I ordered looked great in the pics, but is made cheaply. After several unanswered emails about quality, they replied "please kindly do us a favor to provide some pictures about the product". I let them know it was not defective, only misrepresented and poor quality. They then replied "we suggest you can just keep the item or give it to your friend as a gift". It's true, not worth returning. A complete rip off and a huge disappointment.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I ordered the backpack online and it is complete junk. I've emailed back and forth several times with their customer service people who told me point blank I would have to pay $20 return shipping! And would never provide an address. They've offered $5 refund. Ridiculous. So let's see if I even receive that. Not holding my breath. This is such a sham, I'm surprised this is allowed in US Commerce.they need to be shut down. BEWARE, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Advertised as 鈥済enuine leather鈥?sturdy backpack. A bag was delivered on time but made of flimsy lined plastic and was therefore totally unsuitable.
No returns information with bag.

Managed to contact someone who offered 拢5 refund – still no return address – declined
Then 拢10 offered – NO THANKYOU
Then:

I bought a handbag from this company online. Their website says that there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee and they will accept returns and will reimburse. Well that is not the full story. Their practices are deceptive. The company is I think based in China and they ship from there. The quality of the bag is very cheap and the material does not compare to the handbags in the local stores in the USA. I requested a return and wanted my money back. They have been giving me a run around for a couple of weeks and completely refuse to refund the amount I paid. I paid $29 for the handbag but they are offering a refund of only $5. I gave up after several emails as they want me to ship the bag to China our of my pocket, then they will reimburse.Now I am stuck with the bag that is made very cheaply, bought it for a trip but I can't use it as it looks very flimsy. The company looks like a fraud and has misleading practices. Beware!!! of their practices before you order anything. I will never buy from them after this experience.
