1. We moved into a new apartment in Oslo and began to order equipment: a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer with a pallet to protect the floor if it leaks during defrosting.
2. On July 19, we ordered a Siemens washer and a dryer with delivery and installation. Delivery was scheduled for August, 3rd.
3. On August 3rd, the day of delivery, Elkj酶p's consultant called us and said that the washing machine had not yet arrived to Norway from Germany, so they could only deliver the dryer. I asked for two items to be delivered at the same time, even later, on August 10th, when the washing machine was expected to arrive.
4. On August 5th we had an appointment for the delivery of the freezer and the pallet for it. The freezer arrived, and I noticed the lack of the pallet a week later. I asked to bring it along with the washer / dryer as it was not a hurry.
5. On August 10th only the dryer arrived at the appointed time. When I asked the driver "where is the washing machine?" he replied that I should have called Elkj酶p as he didn鈥檛 have anything else for us that day. After contacting the store, I was told that the washing machine is delayed and they will keep me informed when it arrives. They promised that everything remaining would arrive shortly.
6. Then I received SMS that our washing machine would arrive on August 12, then August 14, 17, 18, 21, 24, 25, 26, 28, 31, September 1, 3, 7, 9. Sometimes there was a call from Elkj酶p to notify me that the washing machine would arrive on the appointed day. To my complaints that this had already been promised to more than a month and I no longer had the patience to wash clothes by hand, they apologized and said that everything was under control odor delivery on September, 9th. A washing machine and a freezer tray should arrive together!
7. So September 9th should have been final delivery date. At the agreed time a driver called me and we could not believe our happiness that it was our washing machine. What was our disappointment when the driver delivered only … a pallet for the freezer 馃く he was not aware of the washing machine at all!
8. On September 11th I called Elkj酶p and asked to pick up the dryer and refund the full money for both items. I didn't want to leave the dryer, because I wanted the washer and dryer to be of the same manufacturer and, preferably, of the same series (well, it was just my wish 馃し馃徏鈥嶁檧锔?. The dryer was not installed and not used even once during this time. The consultant very much apologized and asked not to issue a refund, but to wait three days so that Elkj酶p could offer us a more expensive model of Siemens machine, because the model we ordered is no longer available for order.
9. After three days we received no news about our case. On September 16th, I requested in the chat box on Elkj酶p website to check if they found a replacement for the washing machine, and it turned out that nothing was found. I insisted on a full refund of the check, including the gift certificate we used for purchase, shipping and installation.
10. On September 18, the dryer was taken away and all the money we had previously spent for all goods and services was returned.
To summarize, Elkj酶p's consultants lied to us at least four times in this story (points 3, 5, 7, 8) making us wait and manual wash clothing for 2 month. In addition, no apology was offered for this incident.
On the good side, I can only highlight that they took the dryer promptly and returned the entire amount of money in full quick.
We are very patient customers, but this case is the worst customer handling I have experienced in my life!

First about your website,I must say when we want to order one product,when we click for pick up in store,it comes question about insurance and makes us confused and we can not continue shopping,when we want to chat,it comes robot and these things really disturb costumer,
About store in Elkjop in Forus,they have very bad costumer service.I have been there 27-06-2020 in the air condition section ,I wait there 20 minutes and nobody came for help.There was a personal who just went round there and I asked him help and he said to me that I must get queue note and I went to take it and but the queue note paper was empty.
Last year we bought about 200000kr from this store,but unfortunately the costumer service get worse and worse each year.

Delivery took 4 days, package wasn't broken, everything works fine. Customer service isn't bad, I think.

Bought a laptop, was send a message that my laptop is rdy at the store, went to the store… laptop wasn't there… video cameras saw a guy picking up my laptop and leaving, now the best part, they thought it was a good idea to ceep my reserved laptop out in the open store for everyone to grab.
so far so good, they apologized (well actually just a co-worker, the boss never did) they made a new order and shipped it to the same store, told me there is a free 3 month trial code on the receipt as compensation (which I later found out that this was a code every customer got anyways). the next day the boss calls me and says that they "found" my stolen laptop, so they canceled the second order. I asked him if he checked the laptop for damage and if it has been used, he said "yes" and everything was fine. luckily, I went to that store with a friend of mine who is a bit less forgiving then me, cuz it turns out, the boss who told me that everything was fine, showed me the laptop and the first thing we could see, was a big scratch along the surface, another few scratches on one of the USB port, and a small but deep dent in the middle of the case on the screen side… they made a 3rd order and shipped it to that store again. finally, I got my laptop it was working like a charm… for around 1 month. the wi-fi adapter inside broke, they had to replace the hardware… (I figured that out by myself with the help of my friends) I went to the store again, was pretty annoyed at this time considering the whole back story, went in there, the boss was there so he knew me, I told him about the wi-fi adapter that broke… he told me that I have to go to a different store cuz they have no idea about tech… they are literally selling products they have no idea about… finally my story ends by going to another bigger elkj酶p that took my laptop in for repairs and gave me a replacement laptop (that btw was 10 times worse then mine and I was happy to see that it at leest could open word) until i then got my laptop back and currently (luckily) still works). I know it's not elkj酶p who makes the laptops, but I have heard a rumor that they change parts to cheaper brand parts, sounds crazy, but I could actually beleave it. as a last note, the repair guy I talked to just accepted everything I said and seemed as if he didn't care about his job. I do still like to go to the store and buy things cuz imo it's still one of the best (and last) physical tech stores I can go to, but this whole experience just ruined my view of them. I did look for work there before all of this, and they mainly look for ppl who know how to sell more rather then ppl who care about customer service.

We have not had a functioning TV for six months after choosing to buy from Elkj酶p. The huge/heavy TV has been sent for service three times and it gets more damaged and less usable/worth for every service visit.
Elkj酶p denies all responsibility and will not accept a return of the TV, that we have now logged 6-8 (repeated) faults/problems with. I am shocked to learn that this level of service can happen today at all.
Never again Elkj酶p! Never.
Added: In the end .. after months of complaining and documenting the problem I was able to get a full refund. This required the help of Forbrukerradet (Consumer Authorities) in Norway. I have changed the rating from one star to two stars as a result. Still, I do avoid Elkjop alltogether.

Even if you buy an expensive item (f.e 15000kr) and something goes wrong with it don't expect Elkj酶p will help you fast. In my case the repair took over 2 months (service did not manage to fix it the first time and send me back the item which was not fixed). Since it was the Elkj酶p's fault I expected to hear something more than: sorry, there is nothing we can do. Even though I suggested them a solution.
In general they are good to make an impression of a giant company that can do anything and you can rely on but in reality you as a customer are just another number for them, meaningless as much as the Norwegian customer law allows them.

I ordered a washing machine one month ago.They dont know how long it take to deliver item, it is ok that item is delayed, but after 10 days of follow up, if they cant figure it out that when it can be delivered, then the customer care is bad/inefficient.

Although the girl was really nice and polite ,she surprised me with the answer that they do not have phone yet,they will get it in next two weeks,and THAN send it to me..
I tried to be calm,it is not her fault but OMG can you imagine my frustration..to be without phone,in 21st century, for the next,who knows…three weeks??!!
They should warn customers on this before purchase!They should put the sign on product out of stock,coming soon, anything…this is unexceptionable..I would get phone faster from USA and still even cheaper…not happy..
I just want to note this :customer support let me to cancel my order,and they were polite all the time ,so customer service 5 stars , company 3 stars..
