Ellos

Very poor customer service. They processes are so rigid that they can't do simple things. Also the website lacks basic information and clarity on T&Cs that apply to the way they operate. Can't really recommend Ellos when there are so many other better online stores with same products.

I won鈥檛 order there anymore. They have absolutely rude customer service. They even hung up and are to lazy to chancel the order. Even I did it like it is written on their website, they tell they can鈥檛 change the problem. The company is sending packages to the old address, even when you order to the new address. The customer has to change it manually, even they get the new address from the state register. Strange the bill they can send to the right address, but not the package. What a great service. Their motto is probably , the customer is always wrong. Wonder why they sill exist.
