I received a gift card from Ellos in May. I ordered three items, two of which are returned- one for size, one for poor quality. I went through the return process, and tried to order the replacement online where I was told that the prices in the catalog did not apply if ordering online. So I filled out the form in the catalog and proceeded that way. It took a good while to receive the credit on my credit card, and when they finally emailed me to tell me that the replacement item was shipped (because I could not get a refund, apparently) I was charged almost twice the price that was in the catalog. When I called them they said that I did not have the coupon code on the order form, but she said she would add it so I did get the discounted price eventually. In the meantime I had also ordered another shirt from them which when it came I just didn鈥檛 like the fit, so I sent it back. I ordered another replacement item since again I could not get a refund. Once again, the price on the new item was doubled. I called, they said it would be adjusted when they shipped. That did not happen -I called again. I was told again about the catalog code which was not present on this catalog. By this time I am completely exasperated, explained to the girl that I would never buy from them again and her response was 鈥榙on鈥檛 yell at me鈥? She obviously has never heard me actually yell. She eventually did credit my credit card for the difference. I told her maybe she should get another job because she will be getting more abuse if she keeps this one.I don鈥檛 think it鈥檚 customer service鈥檚 fault. The entire company is disorganized and/or just trying to rip everybody off.

I ordered several items and had to return two out of three pakages. I processed returns without any issues: checked the items, printed the return label and the list of items and shipped them back. However, when after a long silence, I decided to contact the customer service, I am sudden told that the returned items are not eligible for return because they were on final sale, and therefore would be returned to me.
I find this practice unacceptable. If the merchandise is not supposed to be returned, why was I not notified of it? Why was I allowed to process it smoothly and received return labels online?

I ordered a few dresses and had to return them twice. Shipping is extremely slow. I ordered these dresses at the end of April. Well here it is two months later, now I have one of those dresses, but on the invoice they said the other dress is no longer available. Well I just am going to return the other dress. It took two months! Seriously? Why would I order from this company again. I definitely won't order from Ellos, Romans or Woman within ever again. I DON'T RECOMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PRODUCTS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOOOOOOOW SHIPPING. AND HALF THE STUFF YOU WANT THEY DON'T HAVE. I HATE THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE.

Customer service seems to be a bit incompetent, very difficult for them to solve the smallest things – it was just a hassle having to deal with them. Everything was problematic, from delivery to invoice. Wouldn鈥檛 have ordered from them had I known.

I went to your website after receiving your catalog in the mail.

The 1st 2 items I tried to purchase list as DOUBLE the amount of that listed in the catalog.

No special promos were listed, your CHAT help agent said "that happens."

Been shopping w Ellos for awhile. I ordered a number of items and needed to exchange 1 for size. I was told since I used PP I could not do a free exchange. Why? Who knows? Why would a business accept PP for payment but not honor their free exchange policy with it? And not let u know when ordering?

Instead I sent everything back since I have to pay shipping anyway. I鈥檓 not using my cc over the phone, so I鈥檒l shop elsewhere.

Returns are processed incredibly slow and considering they are charging for the returns you would expect them to have streamlined it and when you want your refund processed you have to contact their bank yourself.

The only way I would see myself shopping with Ellos again is by ordering what I want from another online shop, try the item out, return it for a full refund then order it from Ellos if they where to sell the same item cheaper… And that would still be faster then waiting for Ellos to process your return before adjusting the order for size and you wouldn't have to pay that extra 50kr for the return. By far the worst shopping experience I've had with a Swedish online retailer.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Ellos (they promised to deliver in 2-4 days) and have not received the product for more than a week… When inquired, they blame the PostNord and nobody knows where our product is. When we asked them to send us another product (to be delivered on time) and cancel that, they ask us to pay again and later file for a claim. This is WRONG.. Why should we pay for the item twice and again ask for reimbursement?
Also the customer care person did not respond when this was asked, and the conversation was ended with no response from them at the end.
The customer care sucks.

I've never had a problem with the merchandise from Ellos….but i do have a problem with the customer service. They will not help you when you have made an error with entering coupon codes. If you happen to make a mistake they will not help you correct it. The response I received was terse and condescending. They need to learn proper customer service and manners!!!

I ordered several tops from Ellos. I live in Mexico so I had the order delivered to a friend that brought it down to me. One of the items I ordered was a women鈥檚 size 12 black knit tee shirt, and instead they shipped me a men鈥檚 3X burgundy knit vest! I called them to tell them I would return the order but it would be 3 days past their 60 return period, but that since it was their mistake, I was asking for a return authorization. I talked to 3 people and they all said no. They have terrible customer service, and it is unbelievable that it was THEIR MISTAKE and still they were not interested in making the customer happy. I will NEVER shop with them again.

I have tried to order over $500 in Ellos clothing on Fully Beauty, as they appear to be only online retailer that will sell Ellis internationally. I live in British Columbia, Canada. The website will not let me purchase any of the Ellos items and when I tried to purchase Ellos on other sites, it directs me back to full beauty. I am assuming Ellos is not interested in Canadian shoppers. Thanks

Shockingly poor service.
Cancelled a delivery because Ellos would not update my delivery details only for the company to leave the order at the logistics company for nearly SIX months and excuse me of non payment.
Resulting in bailiff threats and possible black listing.
Oh and did I mention you wait 40 minutes to speak to a customer rep who then hangs up????
Avoid at all costs, they are truly crap and only care about screwing customers.

I have just had the worst customer service ever. I placed an order and was not asked about any promo code by the phone operator. He told me he couldn't make any adjustments and to call back in a couple of days and it could be adjusted then. I called back 3days later only to be told no adjustment could be made I feel that if employees are lying to customers, it should be made right.

Ordered an item that i needed urgent. Ordered it express. I payed express. And when i received the order confirmation it was suddenly normal delivery.

And now i am sitting in your telephone que since 33 minutes.

Completely useless ELLOS!

Dont believe this website saying free delivery over 499 Sek. It depends on a condition. And that condition is visible during the payment.
Then you would get suprised in the payment process when you notice that you have to pay extra 95 Sek just because some products require home delivery.

Worst customer service ever.
Paid for express delivery, the delivery got delayed by three days. I paid for express delivery for a reason, I needed it to be delivered urgently.
The item arrives and it's a wrong item! It's not what we ordered!
Call customer service, ask to address my problem in English, the agent says she doesn't speak English and hangs up! It's okay you don't but why hang up?!
Call customer service again (which is impossible to reach, takes forever standing in a line), after explaining all of my frustration, the agent asks: so what do you need me to do?
I called to express my frustration!! And you need to act upon it. Do you educate your customer service at all? Do they go through any kind of education on how to handle and address frustration?
And now, turns out I need to return the order, wait for my refund and place a new order on the item that I actually wanted again.
Only compensation they can offer, he says, is they can refund my express delivery so I get it for "free" but that can happen only if I call customer service AGAIN after placing the order.
Why do I have to do all the job all over again if it was your fault?

i bought two jeans and one handmixer from their website. They process the orders slowly and therefore their delivery takes around 4-5 working days. Three star is because of the delivery time.
I am happy with the handmixer. One of the jean came a bit different than I expected but it can be compensated.

Update…
So they reached out and asked for info to help, but I've given them all the information found on my paperwork, twice, and they claim they can not find my order. JUST LIKE I SAID BEFORE… WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Truly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered a friend a coat and was not able to give it until 2 months later. The coat was way to big. I returned it and requested another coat (same price) in a smaller size. Ellos actually returned the same coat to me and said that it was returned 30 days too late and will not exchange it for the correct size, let alone exchange it for another coat. I called them and spoke to the customer service supervisor and he said "I understand you have no use for the item, but policy is policy,even though we are still selling the item".
Of course, I will never purchase from ELLOS, FULL BEAUTY, JESSICA LONDON, WOMAN WITHIN, ROMANS, KING SIZE, SWIMSUITS FOR ALL, BRYLANE HOME or any other Full Beauty Company.
This Country's customer service moto used to be "The Customer is Always Right". I miss those days.

I ordered 4 chairs where two of them was broken. When I asked them to send two new ones they will charge me for two new chairs until they have the old in return. This is the worst customer service I have experienced.

Its my first time to order from Ellos and it will be my last!!! I ordered a waffle maker and its been 2 weeks now but haven鈥檛 recieve it yet! I was suppose to use it this weekend! If i knew it will take forever I should have just bought in another online shop! It says that the delivery will take 2-4 weeks but thats a lie! Customer service is not even sympathetic. Very disappointing and will not use them anymore.

Ordered new kitchen table an chairs. Incomplete order, additional order to correct this was not delivered home (payed for home delivery on the original order). When when finally all items arrived one of the chairs was defect. Customer service then asked us to send the defect chair to them before the would send a replacement.

0/5, would not recommend to enemies. Stay away from this site.

This is my first time ordering from them and will be my last. I am a 1X and I can tell u their 1X is not true to size. It's more like a 2X or 3X and when you call customer care the response they give you is they aren't "Lane Bryant" and run differently when I never even brought that name up to begin with. Customer service is unprofessional and return service is ridiculous. Never again will I order from them and will put the word to my family/ friends as well.

Well I used to shop Ellos and I liked they're stuff but I bought two items at the end of June and with travel and family issues forgot to exchange them . Must return or exchange within 60 days. So I called, items still in packaging (too big). But It was a no go I would have thought at least a credit minus shipping would be better than nothing. Can't risk another $50.00 loss particularly as they're sizes can be a hard to judge. No more Ellos for me.

Worst ever i experienced in net shopping.
Its my first time to shop but its been a nightmare. First i ordered a shoerock have paid and when i am going to pick it up in the post i need to pay the same amount again i have contacted customer service but its just a big chaos. They have no cleared answers and they are unserious. I end up leaving my package to post and they send it back. Another instances is ordered again and some of it need to pay by faktura. When i got my packaged they inserted a faktura that needs to pay to ELLOS AB bank so i paid that. After almost a month i recieved another faktura (bill) and it should be paid to RESURS BANK. I contacted them and they said that the first faktura i paid is not valid and that i need to contact my bank. So i paid double to them. A big nightmare to shop in this netshop. Never again.. They just taking advantage to their customers.
