On May 26th I placed and paid $35.80 for 2 Hypoallergenic and dustproof outdoor protective gear masks each with a KN95 replaceable filter plus a pack of 10 KN95 replaceable filters. I finally received my order today August 16, 2020. However, what I received was a pack of 5 white disposable masks. I have attached a picture of what I ordered and what I received. I have sent July emails on 2nd and August 12th requesting a refund to no avail. One of their responses was as follows:
"dear customer, sincerely sorry for this but once shipped out, it is out of our control. and we can't refund u right now, since we have spent much time and money on shipping and purchasing we could only get reimbursement from our supplier unless the package is returned to them not including shipping fee in this case, the only option for us is waiting could you wait a few more days please?
sorry again."

I have placed a demand for a refund but I seriously doubt they will. Another lesson learned. Investigate any order as to where it is to be shipped from. If it is China, buyer beware and is likely a scam.

Ordered over 1 month ago, I even paid $9.99 expidited shipping with the promise of receiving my face masks and filters in 5-15 days. It is now over a month, I have received nothing but excuses from the seller and unwillingness to refund my money. Not only have I not received my order in the time promised, but I have not received it at all. Seller is saying I need to return the order to receive a refund. This is impossible, as I have never received it, and tracking shows that it has not even left China yet. Do not ever order from them!!!!

5/22/20, I filled out an order form on my cellphone at elongoo.com to get a washable face mask for $18.50. I used my AMEX Card. I did not get a paid confirmation in my shopping cart. The company responded from China. Stating they were sincerely sorry that I did not receive the mask. They said the tracking number ***** at their tracking website https://www.17track.net/en should help and/or contact my local post office, my neighbors and family members about my face mask. The China Post claims my package was delovered (8 days) ago. Destination start 11/22/19 China, Xiamen???
