Ordered a light after seeing it on FB on 5th May 2020.
Money was taken straight away on credit card, then all went quiet. Rang to chase it, no reply to my message left. Emailed to chase….no reply. On 16th May 2020 received an email saying it had been dispatched from China with no timescale. It's now 16th June 2020 and no reply to emails or calls. Not sure if this company is fake or not but I will be contacting my credit card company on a section 75 to try to reclaim my money. To make matters worse I found the same light on Amazon for half the price and it's in stock with next day delivery!! Maybe after reading this they will contact me Hahahahaha!!!!!

Fake company! I placed an order two months ago and I didn鈥檛 know anything about where my item/ are, they took the money immediately and the stop answering the email on the last one they said I have to wait but I don鈥檛 even know for how long. DONT BUY FIR THIS FAKE COMPANY!

I would avoid this company and all of the other trendy lighting companies popping up on FB, Instagram, etc. as I'm pretty sure they are all related. Some may have good experiences, but I think with the COVID issues and with the Tarriff issues they have delayed shipping by MONTHS but do not do a good job at communicating that to their customers.
I bought a light back in November. It went to a shipped status and a tracking number that didn't tell me anything on some bogus logistics site. Went back and forth with the people via email and gave them an additional month. I finally stopped getting responses and filed a claim with PayPal about 80 days after the initial purchase. Again, no response but I receive the light in late Feb with a ship date of 1 week prior. Obviously it didn't ship back in Nov.
With that said, I gave them 2 stars because the light is nice, but the service is garbage.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress that enough. I ordered 2 light fixtures from them, and when I opened them I found out that they are not for use in North America. They do not mount to a ceiling box, one of them would be too small to cover the ceiling box, and on top of that the lights don鈥檛 work when I tried hooking it up temporarily. They just flashed on and off at different levels of brightness. And it is not a result of hooking them up wrong, I am a Canadian Master Electrician, I鈥檝e hooked up a light or two in my career.
When I asked for a refund they said they may or may not give me a refund if the box was open, and that I was responsible for shipping them back to China. Which was going to cost more than the light fixtures did in the first place.

Ordered a lamp early September and Elum charged my card immediately with 300$. They have also started the delivery within a few days, but then something went wrong and the lamp was sent back from the Chinese customs to its origin somewhere in China. I contacted Elum and they re-shipped the same product again, that was sent back from the customs again. I was sending emails every second day, calling them and hardly got any useful response for over 4 weeks now. They do not respond anymore, do not try to deliver my lamp and do not refund my order.
I tried to look up some kind of company information, but it turned out there is no company name, address or registration number in any of their documents (order confirmation, terms and conditions, privacy policy)
I advise everyone NOT to ever buy anything from Elum!

Our new lamps are looking great! We had to make a change in our order after the 24 hr window but Steph at customer service was kind enough to do it for us. I cannot vouch for all lamps in the store but both the infinity and saturn we got are gorgeous!

I had a good shopping experience. Delivery took a little over a week but everything was well packed and the lamps are beautiful. They seem high quality.
