My emails are not answered.
Since September we have purchased 6 flights to Japan in March. Air-china canceled the flight, we contacted ELUMBUS and kindly told us that they would make the refund and would charge us 29 Euros for each one, it was passing the time and the refund did not arrive, contacting them they said that there was Made anerticket conso, based in Germany, also never sent me the voucher as the refund was made. I contacted Aerticket conso, they told me it had nothing to do, it was Elumbus problem … three months have passed and everything is still the same, I have more than 60 emails I wrote to them and those of the last month without answering … I answer some Mr. Josep Raga, but good words and nothing more.
So I will not contact them anymore, I have gone in various ways. Customer service, VISA insurance and reporting to the police.
I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW MORE THAN ELUMBUS.
It is very strong that they play with the money of the people, more than 3300 euros that at the moment they have them …
DO NOT BUY ELUMBUS, IF ALL GOES WILL BE PREFECT, BUT IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS KNOW THAT YOU WILL GO

We found a good flight deal in Elumbus via a metasearcher, for our summer holidays. The price was very good, and also the care and professional customer service afterwards. Our itinary was changed by the airline, but Elumbus kept us very well informed all the time, and at the end the team (with special support by Mr. Raga from the Spanish office), helped us find a solution. Defenitelly recommendable.

Very good service and availability of help. They were available to help via phone when there was a mistake that I needed to resolve and FO was brilliant and got it sorted in a very helpful way. Recommended.

Shortly after purchasing a ticket, I needed to cancel. I called customer service and was helped by Constan Estruch. He was extremely responsive, efficient and professional. He followed up diligently (was not annoyed when I called the second time, to the contrary) and confirmed to me by email that my refund had been issued within a couple of days after I cancelled. I am still waiting for the refund to post to my credit card, but he said it should posi within a week max. Very positive experience.

This is our first experience with elumbus, and we are quite pleased to date. The booking process was easy, we found a great bargain, and although some doubts surfaced afterwards, FO kindly cleared them up for us, to our satisfaction and relief. We would choose elumbus again!

When I found Elumbus' offer for my desired flights on a search engine online, I have to say I felt a little distrustful. Too good to be true. An international flight in the middle of August for nearly half the price that main airlines were offering. That made me contact them straight away to verify they actually are a well-established travel agency. Indeed, communication both on the phone and by email was quick and clarifying, and not only did they solve my doubts but they ended up upgrading my trip to direct flights there and back on the same dates for the same price! So I'm very happy with the treatment received from agents FO and CE (in Spain), and my flights went as planned. Highly recommended!

Everything went great. Great price, fast service and attentive personnel. I was attended by 2 people, CE and FO and really, I only have good things to say about them. Received my e-tick the same day, checked with American Air, and everything was reserved and in order for my flight from Barcelona to NYC. Well done!
