I downloaded a manual this morning had a few issues email customer service they were very quick to respond kudos on them for that manual cost me $39 and I thought it would have been easier to understand and to use I have no idea nothing about mechanics I was told Emmanuel made it easy to understand I did not think so at all I contacted them about 10 minutes after I received the manual let her know I was disappointed with it and if I could get a refund absolutely not no refunds way to go at $39 a pop somebody's getting rich
