Signed up for boiler care with Energy Serve Utilities. I got the plus package three months ago. Boiler man came out today to fix the boiler as i was getting no heating or hot water. The man came out same day. He doesn't work for Energy Serve they paid extra to outsource him as their engineers were busy. He really rates them as they pay him straight away. Anyway long story short boiler is working fine now. But the whole process was great, called their centre (spoke to an English operator within a minute) sent someone within 3 hours and same day its fixed. Really please with them. Definitely recommend.
