Ordering was easy, product delivered quickly. I wish I had ordered more of the face masks! If they become available in other colours I will.

Order came in and colour of print was wrong. It was a repeat order and looking for sweaters to match our last order. One of them were supposed to have lettering on the bottom back and it came in to back. We are about to see how well they stand behind their work. 12 sweaters and not one happy parent. 🙁

Even though there was an oversight on my order, the customer care team went above-and-beyond to fix it and make sure I was satisfied. I will be using Entripy again soon.

Love the shirts, so happy with how they look when they finally arrived. I was afraid they would be low pixels and the images on the shirt wouldn't be sharp but they look great. The shirts have a bit of a starched feel to them but hoping we can wash they with fabric softener or something and they won't be so stiff. The reason for my average review is that we believed we would receive the shirts in a week after the proofing and printing process; it ended up taking nearly two and a half weeks. We had to rearrange the event we made the shirts for to a later date because of it. In fairness it was more UPS's fault than Entripy's, but still had an awful delivery experience with the shirts delayed for four days in total due to 'a natural disaster' (it rained in Vancouver and we can only assume UPS have never encountered that before). Apart from that, though, really happy with my order. If you want your merch quickly, this might not be the service for you.

EDIT: Entripy has been in contact with me after I left this review and I really appreciate the customer service on following up, so that is a nice conclusion to my order and delivery process.

Better quality t-shirts and printing than Vistaprint and not being restricted by minimum quantities means we can actually order MORE t-shirts overall.

GREAT job! I have ordered from Entripy a few times and I am very impressed with the quality of the printing, the fast shipping, the prices and the service that I have received. My son has Autism and is 14 years old. He's working on his own small business and I had his gold logo printed on a sweater and some t-shirts, and also he has created his own sweaters in the past with Entripy! Each time we receive our order it's always beautiful work that surpasses our expectations. Just wanted to share this with everyone 🙂 Thank you very much.

Had some trouble getting started with the website and with getting in contact with customer service, but once we got on track they were amazing. 3 stars because while they solve problems really well…there are still problems. My order arrived 6 weeks after being placed due to continual set backs. Kids shirts fit small. Read the reviews on the individual items as some are better than others. We love the Eurospun.

As always, quick, efficient and quality service. Customer service representatives helpful and quick to find solutions and answer questions. This will keep me coming back to Entripy for all my promo gear!

The print quality is pretty good; the logo on the front is a bit cut off; T-shirt is good quality

Service experience wasn't the best initially but eventually they made things right. Great value and product was good although a handful of the embroidered logos are quite a bit off centre.
