Seller communication is zero, no acknowledgment of order but the money was deducted immediately, no response to mail sent by the customer. The whole action was so suspicious that I requested for cancellation of order and refund. It was after the last email that I got a response that the item would be delivered that day. This image and communication should be improved upon. The item came within specified date.

I was looking for the iPad Pro 2018 11鈥?but it was sold out everywhere as it is probably getting discontinued. Came across EpicEasy who were selling the product for 拢720 for the 256gb version- I am so glad I purchased from them! I received the product within 2 working days as they say on the website. Product is brand new and works fantastically. They鈥檙e a legitimate company who offer PayPal as a secure payment method. They鈥檙e an underrated company and very trustworthy.

Ordered a Samsung Monitor from EpicEasy with a much lower price than what was advertised elsewhere; about 拢40 cheaper. Delivery was impeccable and arrived within 24 hours of purchase. Customer service answered quickly and was helpful however trying to deal with the situation of the return was not worth the hassle. Overall great service but the returns are not the best.

Bought a monitor for lockdown. Price was notably better than others, and it was delivered quickly.
Unfortunately it came with a power cable with European plug, but when I contacted EpicEasy by email they promptly responded and had a UK cable to me the next day. Very impressed!

Display was much cheaper than other online suppliers, which was great. As per other reviews, updates on order progress etc. were non-existent, which was initially a little concerning, but in the end it arrived within two business days and I'm delighted with the purchase!

I stumbled upon Epiceasy by accident while looking to buy a new chromebook. It was well down the Google search list – something they need to address in order to get more visibility.

Once on the Epiceasy web site I found the item I was after and it was a good 拢30 – 拢50 cheaper than most other web sites and delivery was free. There was also an option for next day delivery which was very cheap at just over 拢3.

I ordered the item at about 14:30 – I live in a remote part of Scotland – and it arrived at 11:30am the next day. Excellent service. My only criticism would be that there is no communication after the order has been accepted with regard to how the delivery is progressing – it just suddenly arrives.

With regard to the Chromebook itself – an Acer Chromebook Spin 13 with an Intel I5 processor 8Gb RAM and 64GB memory, touchscreen, a Stylus, backlit keyboard with a QHD IPS LED screen and the screen folds 360 degrees or less to become a tablet.

I am quite familiar with Chrome OS and Chromebooks as my wife has one. For those who are Windows 10 users it may take a bit of getting used to – persevere it is worth it. It boots up within seconds – no waiting on Windows 10 or Virus updates.

You can use Google play store to get apps, I don't miss Word, Excel or Powerpoint – I am not a power user so find the Google alternatives fine for my needs. I also use Netflix, Amazon Prime apps to watch films (stunning with QHD screen) also BT Sport and Sky Go apps to watch sport. No issues at all.

I can print wirelessly to my HP printer – again no issues.

There is a Micro SD slot and I have added a Sandisk 64Gb card – worked straight away.

There is also a stylus which allows you to draw and write freehand and save the screen output to documents and files. I have only had a brief play with this but can see it being handy for some of the meetings I attend or sometimes when I am doodling about some DIY design ideas that I have.

The performance as you would expect is excellent with the I5 processor. I haven't really tested this yet but I have no issues with multiple applications and Browser tabs open.

As I say I have only had a brief play with this device so far – however I am very satisfied. A couple of points to note is that the device currently has a Google end of support date of June 2025 – so I will need to watch this and see if this is extended or consider using something like Neverware. Also I will update the review after a period of time to confirm how reliable and robust the device is.

Very happy so far with Epiceasy's price and delivery and Acer's great Chromebook for the price of 拢538.
