Graeme reached out to me and was able to send me my springs, as well as give me some reimbursement which I think is very reasonable to get the paint fixed. They were able to help me really quickly too which I really appreciate. Thanks!

I ordered a brand new Specialized Ruby road bike from them and had it shipped to me. The bike came scratched (the paint was completely off on a fingernail sized area). It had dirt in the crevices, the tires looked used. I don't really feel like I got a brand new bike at all.
Whats worse, I was supposed to get two extra springs for my futureshock system that comes with the bike (as specifically mentioned on the store page, as well as other owners). I was not sent any of those pieces.
I emailed for help (if not about the paint chip), I wanted the springs that actually affect the functionality of my bike to be delivered to me. They never responded to my email, so i'm hoping to get some traction here.

Great price. Slightly offset by high shipping costs(standard ground shipping.) Most places offer free shipping if you order over a certain amount. None the less, the product I bought was the best price I could find even after adding in the shipping cost. Other than that, no issues with the order or the shipping process. I will definitely look to order from them again if I find another good deal.

I bought a scooter for my son 2 days ago at your store lacated at 2120 Northdale Blvd NW Minneapolis MN 55433 and the bars are wiggling already and bolts were stripped the Allen key didnt fit the bolts They said there was to many scratches to return the scooter I will never shop here again.

Major delay in receiving my order. No communication from the company at all. Finally received notice my package shipped. Failed to mention in 2 packages. Sent e-mail about partial order no response. The packaging of the bike was horrible. Missing screws and tools. No manual or thank you for order. I do not recommend.

Seems like a great bike shop… Only dealt with them online and over the phone. They were very accommodating and courteous. Four stars instead of five because the size chart that was posted on their website for the helmet I ordered was wrong and I ended up having to pay for shipping to return because it didn't fit.

Went in to get seat adjustment and the wait time was over 30 min and we were first in line, employee put next customer with longer needs first, the actual adjustment took only 5 minutes ?
