good notifications and prompt. I do have an issue with the product. The angled radiator valves are missing the antracite nuts and connectors for the piping.

The goods impeccable, the service absolute first class I correct myself incredibly good. Phone calls answered immediatey in my own language, first call. All questions answered with real product knowledge.
The inventory exceptional and high quality. Deliveries perfectly packed and really short delivery time.
I do quite a bit of housig renovations in Spain, this will be frm now on my first choice for equipment. You may use this information as needed.

Everything is Ok. The only problem is prices are changing. My first purchase was 200 Euros, but the second purchase (one week later), price for the same item was 240 Euros. 驴Why?

I was worried that the size of it might be too small, but actually it provides good space to shower in. Make sure you are able to buy large size rings before you but this shower rack.
It was delivered in good time and we installed it easily.

Deliver only one day late which was amazing given the current situation. Once the locksdown is over and the plumber can install the unit we will have a wonderful shower to use.

The towel rack arrived very soon, it was packed in perfect conditions, and we are very satisfied with the purchase.

For some reason the delivery didn't take place as planned. I was claimed not to be available at my apartment, which might be the case, but surely nobody tried to call my mobile (norwegian cell phone).
However, pick-up at DHL in Malaga went smooth.

The radiator had a small dent on one of the vertical sides, but I decided it was too much hazzle to start returning it, getting a new one etc. Packing was a bit substandard as I judge it. Just some plastic with bubble plast in the ends. The damage was on the area with only plastic wrapping.
