I have no past experience shipping, so I am spending a lot of time to get my shipments out the door. The webpage could be improved, but I am only learning to use it. I think it will work fine when I become familiar with it.

I was very hesitant to work with a 3PL in general. We were just launching our brand and didn't know our volumes or if we could even afford warehousing / a 3PL service. We also had very specific needs – as we ship food.
eShipper was great in tailoring THEIR business solutions to OUR needs. They invested in freezer storage, FOR US. They lowered their pricing tier, FOR US (since they saw the potential). They set up an account manager to fully understand OUR BUSINESS.
Some highlights of my experiences:
1. Gagan, our Account Manager is THE BEST. She is always in constant communication & brings forward practical solutions that are passed on to our customers, generating more positive experiences. She sets up all of our supplier pickups and ensures that our needs are communicated to the warehouse team.
2. Mikaeel, the warehouse manager, was GREAT during the onboarding process. He took the time to understand our products, what a defect looks like, and ensures the team is picking/packing per our direction. I can only say great things about him. Our communication dropped off slightly, but it isn't needed as frequently anymore due to their team understanding the process.
3. The warehouse team — although I don't know their names, every 3-4 weeks when we come visit, they smile at us and are extremely professional. They pick and pack CORRECTLY and in a TIMELY manner. I believe we've shipped out over 7,000 orders and have only had 1 or 2 instances with errors. I won't dock them points for that… human error happens! Plus, I'd say that 6,998/7,000 orders being correct is a win. They also perform inbound inspections accurately and in a timely manner. We have a lot of inventory, so the fact that they do this so accurately/quickly impresses me every time.
4. They fulfill quickly. We actually asked them to slow down in case customers put in the wrong address. They shifted our schedule accordingly and now everything runs even smoother!
5. Optimizing boxes – they give us recommendations for box sizes so we can order accordingly. This has saved us a tremendous amount of money.
Non-biased statements:
1. Their shipping rates are really competitive. I wouldn't say it's the lowest I've ever seen, but it's close to it.
2. Their pick and pack rates are reasonable. The more your ship, the better the rates. I've been quoted lower rates at low volumes elsewhere, but as volumes go up, it more than makes up for it.
3. Their warehousing rates are extremely reasonable.
4. Their claim support is good. It's not the greatest and a bit fragmented, but that job is likely A LOT harder than what meets the eye – especially when we ship 1500+ packages a month. It's great that it's included in the price we pay and that we don't have to handle it ourselves. I think it would be a bigger headache if we were to handle it, so I can't really complain.
5. Expect to pay for everything (bubble wrap, labels, etc.) You also need to provide your own packaging solutions. I wish this was a more done-for-you solution but it really isn't the end of the world. They track packaging inventory on your behalf, so you have plenty of time to order from your supplier when you're running low, but they won't do it FOR YOU.
In general, I do highly recommend them. They really do take the time to understand the needs of your business – their account management and support teams are really good. They are accurate, quick and their tech integration (for Shopify in my experience) is damn'-near seamless. No partner is perfect, but I don't think there is a more perfect partner for us.
