Free & fast delivery, great pricing and a fantastic range… Yes! I like the Klarna invoice option and thier customer service is really top class, if you ever need it.

I really enjoy their service and quick responses. Also their deliveries usually arrive within days, usually the next day (except on weekends, duh :D). I have no complaints and all the products seem to work fine. Quality seems good, have been their customer for a couple of months now. I have run into troubles on their website with speed but i was assured that this will change within the week… (if you can call this a complaint XD)

I have been making purchases from eSmokes since December or January because they ship to the U.S. but every since they upgraded their website I can't get my orders or my money back. I don't know about anybody else but I thought if you patronize a business they would honor the relationship, unfortunate for me that does not seem to be the case.

I found on smokes.se some products at costs I never found on any other website. The products were well protected, and arrived from Malm枚 to France in approximately a week and a half even though I had a problem with the French post because of which I thought the package was lost. Great client support, fast, efficient, would recommend and purchase again.

Everything is perfect, but the problem I see is that many products are not described, and missing pictures sometimes. Anyway delivery, support etc. is 5/5 stars but the site is 4/5 🙂

+very safe payment system (many options available)

-Very unstable delivery system. Sending an email to the customer that the package has been sent, while it has only been booked irl. Postnord has not received it from esmokes (often).
-stock availability is not on point, I rarely find my ejuice line in stock
-prices are a little over the value
-limited options, especially for regulated mods and ejuice lines
-ejuice stock is full of cheap sugary juices (wasted around 2k trying out juices),
-They do not stock enough batteries. Or it could be their inventory algorithm forcing customers to by certain items to clear out the stock.

Would normally give 5 stars to these guys, but only 4 now because I got the wrong e juice, not a massive problem and I'll just keep the juice I got (watermelon I love candy instead of rainbow) otherwise esmokes has always been a good vendor. Keep supporting Swedish local vendors.

Even though Postnord messed up and refused to help, Esmokes helped me through the issue very quickly and actually sent another package to me while the other one is god knows where.
The customer support is nothing less than epic, and their supporter Elin did a great job!
