Espresso Dolce

I have been a regular customer for six or seven years. Amin and staff go above and beyond in service and product knowledge. I originally bought a stainless steel ECM coffee maker( European Coffee Maker) I. The 7 years I鈥檝e owned it one O- ring has needed to be replaced to stop a slight drip. This was fixed and I was on my way on the same day. I live about an hours drive away and if I鈥檓 out of coffee and haven鈥檛 been able during the week to get more from them I do not hesitate to take the drive to get more(2lb bags). When I originally purchased the ecm Amin told me that I would soon only be wanting this coffee espresso bean. How quickly I soon found out how right he was.
I鈥檝e also purchased two other machines one for my company shop which is fully automatic and a smaller unit that my son and his wife thuroly enjoy ( as well as the beans馃憤).

We bought the Gaggia Anima XL Commercial and we're very happy with it. Excellent value for a reasonable investment, brews outstanding coffee, without the need to have really expensive beans. We're mostly buying coffee under 30$/kg. Service was great, delivery on time. On a side note, we assumed that since it was available on the Anima Prestige, the Ground Coffee Bypass feature would also be present in the XL, but it turned out it was not, so you can't use ground coffee. For the past five months, our XL has delivered around 10-12 coffees each day, with no problem so far, we would buy again without hesitation. This machine replaces a Gaggia Platinum Swing Up which probably needs just a hose replacement after 5 years and more than 10000 brew cycles.

They informed me of the back order and shortage of inventory. The coffee arrived earlier than expected.. And it鈥檚 reputation was all true. Great Great coffee.
