Why do recruiters not read your profile?
Because they are a waste of money!

Seems like an unserious business to me after they have contacted me twice! They say it is urgent but and a very few information about the job. and if you reply on the email they send you get no reply.

I had been contacted by a recruiter who searched for an engineer to place at his customer in Germany and I fordwarded my CV since this customer as well as the project suited my skills.very well. The recruiter announced a telephone interview to me via mail, planned for the forthcoming week. Nothing happened that day so I asked what is wrong and got no reply. Also another try had no effort. The recruiter does not reply at all.

In the meanwhile I had been able to contact the Company and learned, that this recruiter did not forward my CV at all. I wonder how this is possible? I contacted engine staff for this issue and got no reply either.
