Would give them even less stars if I could. Been waiting for my refund for 2 months and it's absolutely impossible to get in touch with them. Reported to the European Trading Commission.

I bought tickets from them, concert got cancelled and a refund was a available. They don't answer for 7 weeks to email, contact form, SMS, phone. I ended up reporting them to the state authorities. Scammers!

Bought a ticket to a concert and got the wrong location.
I contact the customer support hoping my problem would be solved, to which they reply with a copy-paste message.
I reply nicely to them, same copy-paste message. I ask them about any alternatives available, they don't answer.
