I personally would not recommend this site to anyone. I bought a anklet in the beginning of July and it did come in an appropriate time (considering the virus). I paid 85 dollars for a anklet that left cuts on my anklet, started to change colors, and broke before the month of July even ended. I emailed and called customer service and asked for a refund but instead of a refund they are making me a new one. I am now waiting on hold for my refund and it has been over an hour.

Ordered 2 necklaces and both broke within 2 months! Bad quality, customer service wouldnt help. Would not recommend. James michelle jewelry way better quality same styles and price point.

I have ordered personalized items and have recieved great discounts each time. Three bracelets, which we love. The men's bracelet was small, but it fit and the engraving was nice. The delivery has been quick and the items are packaged nicely.

I looked for a 40th anniversary gift for my wife. I decided on aTree of Life locket with three birthstones. The ad showed spaces open enough to really see the stones. When I received the necklace, it looked smaller, and you can hardly see the stones. I shook it around and still could hardly see them. The garnet stone looked more of a tangerine color. I am very disappointed in it, and really don't want to give it to my wife. Our anniversary is just a little over a week from now. I feel like I need to get something else. This necklace had an original price of $122.

I have ordered for the last 6 years and unfortunately have been disappointed in my items several times, but worse is to hear from my recipients of the gifts of the low quality on items I purchased for family/frends/coworkers. I would always want to take advantage of the email deals I would receive but would end up with the item I wanted not qualifying for the email deal, so I ended up spending more for an item plus shipping. So for the purchased items to still be of LOW quality really irks me. The bogus deals plus the redirecting me to higher priced items with the often "discount doesn't apply" or "item is backordered, try another similar item", became a nuisance that I ceased shopping for a period of time and then I would try again to give them a chance, only to still be disappointed. I am mostly disappointed in the low quality of items that I unfortunately have heard back from family and friends. The items either lose the birthstones too quickly, the earnings tarnish and cause ear irritation, the quality isn't what I would have hoped for considering the price I paid since the email deal was not allowed. I regret this but since I have given this company 10 or more times to give me good service and ended up with BAD quality and limited offerings based on emails, I think I will finally say ENOUGH of embarrassment with this low standard and shop elsewhere.

I was getting ready to order a bracelet for my husband(engraved) I saw $61 and then I went to checkout then it says 74$ further into the checkout from $74 it went to $88 then final checkout $94. I thought to myself there something effy about this so before I buy this let me check the reviews. Sure enough too many complaints. Beware of this. Didn't want to spend nearly $100 for this BS. What a waste.

I ordered an engraved bracelet that was purported to be 18k gold, it was not. It was something that could've come out of a $.25 gumball machine, and the sad thing was I paid over $70 for it 🙁 they do not allow refunds, stay away!!!

Purchased a pendant as a gift for my sister in law. The item that was sent to her was nothing like the picture. You needed magnifying lenses to barely read the inscription. The pendant itself was cheap looking. Contacted customer service and was given the run around. Beware-do not buy from these people.

I WAS TOLD, ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED FOR MOTHERS DAY, "GUARANTEED", I ORDERED IT, FELT CONFIDENT I WOULD GET IT. BIG FAT NO!!!

I ordered a bracelet and payed for 2 day shipping. It has been 18 days and I still haven't gotten my package. I called and customer service said that it had been lost in transit. They did refund me the cost for the shipping but after reading the reviews I'm sure my bracelet is going to be cheaply made and fall apart within a week.

Purchased a ring that fell apart immediately, I had purchased their warranty and emailed customer service immediately to ask if the warranty would cover the stones falling out. Never heard from them and then the main stone fell out so I've given up. It was a beautiful ring shame they have horrible service.

I spent 10 dollars for expedited shipping and I got half of my gift separately and the other half is apparently coming next week. I've had good experiences up until this. I was on the phone for 40+ minutes with a rude woman named jenna who barely spoke english and put me on hold 20+ times and tried to lie and say she had no supervisor because she didn't want to get in trouble. I proceeded to send an email to customer support and they sent 2 sentences apologizing for the in inconvenience and couldn't even formulate sentences correctly. I will never buy a single other thing from this company.

On their homepage it clearly stated "30% off all orders plus free shipping on all orders" ALL orders. After placing my order I noticed I still got charged $8.95 for shipping. I emailed them and asked for it to be refunded. After 3 back and forth exchanged they stick with, the free shipping was on first class option only (although is never stated that) and that since my order has already shipped, they can't do anything about it. So they are refusing to refund my shipping cost even though it was a screw up on their site.

Do not give Eve's Addiction your business! They are deceitful and sell low quality jewelry at high quality prices. Customer service is disrespectful. Refuse to refund. Take your business to a more trustworthy company. I found a real gold necklace for the same price that Eve's Addiction is selling gold plated cheap silver necklaces. I cannot cancel my order so I'm out of money spent on overpriced garbage.

Let me start off by saying I believed in this company at first because of this looks and prices at time. Then when it came to my personal order not being located customer services was terrible. I complained and they told me to talk to me neighbors. Never again will I order from this so called business. What a joke. "Talk to my neighbors" how about how can I help settle this issue" or sorry about that, don't come talk to me like a person off the street. You lost a customer.

They provided a picture of my final order on the invoice however when the ring arrived it wasn't what I ordered. After several emails & phone calls they still were not willing to rectify the very wrong, very unsightly mistake that I paid $79 for. I'm stuck with a ring that I refuse to give because I will not give a mistake to someone I care about. DO NOT ORDER FROM EVES ADDICTION.

This was my first and last order with Eve's Addiction. The bracelet I had made for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day came out of the clasp. Neither the voicemail I left or the email I sent were returned. On the third day, I call back only to be told all purchases have a SIXTY day warranty. The bracelet broke 2 days after the 60 days. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company.

Giving them two stars, as I've been fortunate with them in the past. But these "freshwater pearl" studs I ordered and just received are f-a-k-e, smooth as glass….no grit to them, whatsoever. >:-(

Was not told they closed March 17, 2020.I placed order on March 24 no notice on website of closing. I called 3 everyone plus supervisor Karl lied. Today was told after the virus has ended maybe 3 months you will receive the item.

I have ovarian cancer I bought a ring with my three boys birthstones I received it and before having it on more than an hour the middle stone came out. So I sent it back and got a new stone put in I recieved my ring back and I didn't even have it two days and the same stone fell out again. Now I am disabled stay at home don't drive have no car don't work I lay in bed all day and watch t.v. So there is no reason at all the same stone, should've just came out again I reached out to them and they wouldn't do anything for me and won't respond to me I paid over 40$ for a ring I never got to wear out of my house. I never got to wear it to my chemo sessions I wanted to have my boys with me during my sessions because my husband was murdered in 2013 and my young boys are all I have. I was hoping to be laid to rest with my ring. I'm on social security I get less than 500$ a month I saved for 8 months 5$ a month to buy this ring and they don't have the decency to make it right!! they had another ring I wanted to get that was 5 stones so I could add me and my deceased husband but they will not get another sent out of me!! a bunch of thieves!! they don't even get one star (well this site wouldn't let me give them no stars so I have no choice but to give them one to be able to submit my review)
