First off I would not give this product one star had to give a star rating to get a box to write in.
Technik Smart Watch (looks similar to an Apple iWatch). The Ad says it is made of sturdy aluminum frame and a glass face. NOT!!! All plastic. I received dead watches, so charged for 6 hours, tried to turn them on and got nothing. In addition the ad says with my order I would get 2 day free shipping I waited a week to receive my dead watches. Tried to contact company by phone and had to leave a message. Still waiting for a response after 5 business days. Chatted with 鈥淕abbie鈥?on their website and was told she could not handle my request of a refund and that she would pass along my information to the people who could help, still waiting for any kind of contact. I also sent an email to them, guess what?… Still no response. THIS A SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Worst watch I ever have, bad batterie then 2 month after doesn't connect anymore to cell phone ,app said illegal device

A scam! They promote battery life 3-5 days, dependent on use – mine lasted 12 hours after charging as recommended, checking the features and went to sleep. Following morning, wanted to start checking the pulse, but could not do because no battery power!
Lots of functions, but some of them not working. When trying to connect my iPhone to the downloaded app to use message/call function, message popped up: 鈥淭his function does not work for iOS.鈥?I purchased via the official e-watch site, but they state in their terms that any product reclamation has to be done to the (Chinese) producer.
The only positive thing is that the delivery was fine, with good tracking overview. Now, I face an uncertain process of returning the watch and claim a refund. I will report the outcome when I know the result.

The watch worked for 2 days before the battery died and couldn't be charged anymore. After many unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails, my bank reversed the charge on my credit card.

I've had 2 of these watches, the first one the strap snapped so I contacted the company they said that I had abused the watch, I hadn't done anything to it so they sent me another and said that it was done because of customer satisfaction is that right, now the second one has gone peak tong so all I say is not worth the frustration it causes to people who buy it, my advice is DON'T under any circumstances waste your money on ewatches go and buy a good quality one else ware, the apps don't work apart from how many steps you walked in 24 hours and phone book the others are a waste of time and effort to try getting anything out of them.

Hat all the gadgets that you can think of,but the battery doesn鈥檛 last 24 hours.
I was told that due to the high tech the watch uses a lot of current, but even with all these things switch off, it doesn鈥檛 last 24 hours.

I wish I can get my money back so that I can buy a watch.

I bought an e watch after seeing some adverts and reviews online. By the time the watch arrived ,I saw some reviews on trust pilot and decided to send the watch back for a refund before it arrived .I followed the instructions to return it and this was in May, and I have had no refund even though I sent a photo of the sent receipt via Royal Mail. Do not buy this watch or anything else they sell, it seems to be a huge scam.

Glad for all the warnings, I was curious about this watch and glad I checked here first.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I accidentally bought two due to misleading marketing tactic, when asked to be reimbursed I was reimbursed a quarter of what I paid. The customer service then proceeded to more or less call me a liar, even when I sent a screen shot of my receipt. Worst company ever! Not worth the cheap price which Id assume only means a cheap product. Never again will I do business with them and will be sure to tell everyone I know who considers a smart watch to STAY AWAY!!!

Took 2 months to arrive and used it for two day. It went dead!!!
Logged a report to the company and it took two months to respond that they are sending a new replacement. Still waiting for the arrival! It鈥檚 a scam.
Not comfortable to wear as the strip is too broad. No breathing gaps in between.

Every things written about the EWatch are just lies.
My wife bought two of it and both died within 4 days for no reasons at all.

Then I tried to contact the company, I got system generated email reply…
Tried another support email then asked for purchase order no. and other info to look like real but still no reply as if no one there.

If u wanna buy a watch that does what its supposed to do , and what the manufacturer promises…don't buy this one..spend some money and go for the samsung Active2 for example…it cost more but delivers big time!

Dont waste your money. Worst battery life, not useful. This is china made product without any brand… Only the box named as ewatch. There is no name in the watch. The software is using FunDo Pro from Shenzhen Fen Yun tech.

Only used it twice after buying it. Pathetic battery life and cheap navigation menus

Utter disappointment and ripoff. The watch took 3 months to arrive. Used for one week and now it is not working. The watch is a scam. Please don't waste your money

wow ow got my smart watch delivered to day 6 months after ordering and paying for it claim was lost originally in transit to new zealand

This is a waste of money. Delivery took a long time and when it arrived it wasn't what it all promised. Battery life is less than a day. Now after using it for a month I can't even read the time. It switches itself off all the time even if fully charged. Utterly useless. If you are lucky and you are quick you can see how many steps you have done.

I bought my e watch( ecomerzpro) in march, I received it 4th of June. I read the manual as charged it for 70 minutes as directed and even programmed it on battery saver. By evening less than 5 hours the watch was dead. I have been struggling to make it work- its on and off. I have sent two mails with my order number no response. I advise you buy from a know brand as the claim is not what it is.
The e-watch is the worst fitness smart phone I have ever used.

It tells the time. you can use it as a phone. In fact it does everything it is supposed to.
I must have been lucky. But it is important to be honest with reviews.

Its a scam…..First of all shipping takes forever and you cant even track it, secondly the real watch is nothing like the one in the picture. Low screen quality, low quality touch screen. Usage is very frustrating. I ordered 2 and now I am stuck with useless watches. NOT recommended at all!!

I bought a e watch after reading great reviews … they obviously hide these . It turned up really late ,I wore it to golf after reading good battery life . Only for it to die half way around . Then the emails started . They told me once opened I can鈥檛 return . So opened case through PayPal they not interested . So more emails finally they agreed to take back .. so paid for tracking to send back . They recieved back within in rediculous time frame ….. but now nothing , they have my money and my watch and I鈥檝e lost return postage to …… so if I can鈥檛 get my money back I hope this puts people off buying one .

I am IT-savvy, but despite carefully following instructions (many times over), I cannot sync the watch with my iPhone. Did an experimental tap on eWatch phone icon, and it asked if I wanted to connect to BT. I don鈥檛, because we live in France. The watch was bought via an 鈥渆Watch en France鈥?advert, which was entirely in French. So why BT?

We at first thought about sending it to one of our grandsons in the UK, but having read all these reviews (MANY thanks to everyone who took the time to post), and taken on board their unsuccessful attempts at trying to get a refund, we鈥檝e decided to simply throw it away. No point in adding to the anger and frustration already felt.

My husband bought this for me as a little treat, and I鈥檓 very upset by his being so upset and disappointed, if you see what I mean.

Chinese rubbish, it is a great scam. nothing good to say, poor everything. please just don't buy. and i bought two. They spent more time on the internet info then the watch. that's why apple don't care.
