LAND SCAM AT MERE Wiltshire BA12 6AU Land Title WT16189
I agreed to purchase a plot of Land and workshops at Mere in Wiltshire From Miles Lenygon
at Exclusive property sales Battersea ,I paid the 拢8800 deposit and exchanged contracts ,
with the completion date of 19-8-20, I later found out that the workshop was occupied and Miles told me they would be moving out before August 20 , Whilst all this was going on ,The land and workshop was resold by Barnard Marcuss LOT 81 PLOT A for 拢75500 on the 23-6-2020 without my knowledge .AT that point Exclusive were duty bound to return my deposit but they have stolen it. Aime Bryett from Exclusive Property Sales then tried on the 20-8-2020 to Extort another 拢47000 from me for the land and workshop ,Knowing fine well it had been sold again . The people selling the land do not own it as there is an Adverse possession order on the land by the current occupiers so I would have just purchased a worthless piece of paper . If any one has been ripped off by Exclusive Property sales or Barnard Marcuss The Metropolitan Police Action for fraud would like to here from you quoting this crime Reference number
