Bought a phone " one plus 3 " , the screen got broken , asked them for a repair which I will pay for including ( shipping , handling, new screen ) , they refused , asked oneplus.net . they need expansys to contact them , because they were the intermediate who bought the phone , my phone is broken and I can't fix it no matter how much I pay .
Expansys refused to help , or offer any suggestion , ignored my offers , and neglected my emails.
DONT DEAL WITH THEM !

Order shipped to me 10/24 received late on 10/28. Opened and charged 10/29 – had to remove sticky glue and adhesive residue from it to hold and handle properly. Mon, 10/31 went to my carrier got a new sim and discovered it was an 8 gig not a 16 gig like I ordered. Deplorable.
11/8 still without a replacement. Unacceptable.

The cell phone is awesome. So far it has met my expectations and I live the decision I have made. However, the only downfall is that the directions came in a foreign language (Spanish), so I have not fully discovered my phone's potential. Nonetheless, its a great purchase.

got refb note book notice after 10 days mouse starts to stuck unless turnoff power and turn on back . can"t call them only fax or email by the time you get answer your return period gone which is only for fifteen days,now you stuck with your broken item or contract manufacturer which is very long procedure.

I ordered the phone because it says they will ship within 4 days. After one week of no update, I had to be the one to contact them. They then told me it was out of stock and I had to wait another 2 weeks. This is ridiculous because I was only back in the states for a week and therefore, by the time they ship it to me, I am already gone.

Perla told me that I had to contact a manager if I want to know the details. Excuse me but shouldn't you contact me to update me?

Afterwards since my card couldn't go through the first time, they had to reswipe my card and that took an extra 4 days.

So I wasn't able to get my phone and I probably have to wait half a year before I can even use it. Thanks for the professional service Expansys/Perla.

This is Dell's version of the NUC form factor, and it proves that good (indeed, very good) things can come in small packages. This is a Celeron based computer, so it isn't a gaming platform, but for typical office desktop duty, this will fit the bill nicely, and leave a couple of extra square feet available on the desktop. The dual monitor support was easy to put into service with one HDMI and one Video port, but the RAM is skimpy and as for the SSD; minuscule is the word- 32GB is not big enough for today's needs. Expansion is not a problem since SODIMMs are cheap, but you are limited to the 30 to 42 mm m.2 SSD since the longer versions don't fit. A 2.5" drive bay is there, but the sata cable is very difficult to get. None of this is a big problem, there are ample usb ports ( 2 USB 2 and 1 USB3!) to expand to meet any need. Over all, I think this unit is an excellent option for most light office/home use. The refurb that I received worked flawlessly, so I'll be suggesting this to some of my clients, as I am to you !

Item was Samsung S 5 and yes it was B STOCK. It arrived all banged up and screen was cracked in 2 places. I understand not new item, but it was banged up, but does it also include cracked screen?

Bought an LG Urbane android watch from Expansis-USA. Called LG to check and learned that it was a grey market watch – made in Korea. So if I want to exercise LG鈥檚 1 year warranty I鈥檒l need to send my watch to Korea!

Expansis claims this is clearly disclosed in their Terms and Conditions. But it鈥檚 just a statement that 鈥淐ertain import smartphones, tablets, and other devices may only be covered under warranty in the country of origin.鈥?The product description does not mentioned it was the import version and I didn鈥檛 buy this from Expansis-KOREA, I bought it from Expansis_USA.

Now I have to either send it back at my cost or accept the crappy 6 month Expansis warranty. Yeah, I鈥檓 sure that will work out well. Here鈥檚 hoping this watch stands the test of time.

Buyer beware. AVOID EXPANSIS.

My item came with significant damage, much of which could not have been done during the shipping process (missing screws, damage on the corner wrapped in the most bubble wrap, etc.). Sent back 9 days ago. No word from Expansys about the replacement. Will never buy refurbished from Expansys again and may never make a purchase period if I don't hear soon about the replacement.

I purchased an iphone 5c mid year last year but the phone wouldn't power up which concerned me but I sent it back for full refund. I tried again at the start of this year and the phone works perfectly. It was a great deal and is compatible with all my devices.

I ordered a new Nexus phone online through Expansys. I actually thought when the day began I'd be buying a different phone. As it turns out that after more research I went with the Nexus 5. Expansys had new never opened phones with awesome warranty option at less than Amazon and other vendors. They are a small US company that did what was expected. I have no idea about their expedited shipping because I didn't need that or want it. I didn't realize that when I ordered it, the credit card (Discover) was not accepted as a method of payment. The website allowed me to go through the order (weird). It wasn't until the next business day that they called (yes actually called) me to see if I still wanted to continue with the order and use a different card. All in all, very professional and hopefully I can purchase through them again.

Bought 6 Nexus 5 and 2 of them had screen issues. Very low quality chargers and 1 didn't work. Customer service was fast in sending 2 exchange phones but they sent them to a wrong address so I never got them. I'm still waiting for them to refund the 2 faulty phones plus the 2 that never got here. I wouldn't buy again.

UPDATE:
20 days later I'm still waiting for the refund on the 2 phones they sent to the wrong address. Phones are lost somewhere and Expansys won't refund the money until they get them back…

I was switching my carrier service to T-Mobile and needed two new unlocked phones for my children. The Tech Bargains website posted the sale of Google's LG Nexus 5 for $199 each and I jumped on the opportunity to get them. The phones were delivered in about 3 business days, and were packaged perfectly. Upon reviewing the phones, they were factory new and still sealed. Expansys even mentioned that I could upgrade these to Android 6, and it only took about 30 minutes to do so. Great deal from a great company, and my kids will love these.

As my patients has been battered via the nascent aspects of Expansys, let me declare it a promising idea that you are wasting your time on. The future is fun and we all want to be part of it, but what happens when we are in the future and the rest of our structured society is not? I purchased an experia Z5, the future to be sure, and when it arrived I was smitten! that feeling cascaded away after a day of normal use resulted in a cracked screen and all parties denying responsibility. Expansys even went as far as to tell me to get it fixed via a third party, which would have voided the manufacturers warranty and cost me an additional large sum of money. They wanted nothing to do with my misfortune. In there eyes I had already purchased the phone and they had my money. what they won't have is any returning customers. Great products do not make up for lack of customer care.

They canceled my order without notifying me. I tried to call their customer service number during business hours, and it played a recording on loop telling me to use the "live chat" feature on their website. Said live chat does not exist. I then sent an email to their support team, who sent me a completely useless response. Do not order from this company!

I ordered a Samsung S2 8" tablet from Expansys USA and received one NOT for the US market — it came with a big and unwieldy power plug for some other countries and they just supply you with an adapter that does not even work with the plug. I asked them why they shipped me the non-US standard product, their reply was that their products are sourced internationally. I pointed out to them that sourced internationally means that they buy their products through an international company, it does not mean that their products will not be compatible with the US standards. Besides many other nations also use the US outlet standards. They then insisted that if I want to return the product, it means that I changed my mind and that I was responsible for the return shipping. I then decided I would return the tablet and shipped it out to them on September 29th, 2015.

After over 30 days shipping back the tablet, I finally received an email from them that they have credited my account with a 10% non-faulty restocking fee charge.

Absolutely the worst company to do business with.

I thought that this was a reputable company. Was I wrong!

I received a defective phone. I'm not upset about that. It happens. I'm upset because I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE.

There is a phone number on my invoice. Silly me. I called it. It just goes to a full voice mailbox. There is a message – it tells you to go to a non-existent support chat.

I then tried another number under Contact Us. Ha! It doesn't go anywhere. It just takes you to the "Operator", then hangs up.

I then tried to email. I was informed that they would TRY to reply within 24 business hours. Now that isn't one day, that would be two to three days depending on how many hours a day they are open. And that's not even for sure. They will try. Just how many RMAs do they have that it takes them that long to get back to you? And why won't they answer their phone? Are there that many angry customers yelling at them that they stopped answering the phone?

Reputable businesses do not operate this way. They have several hundred dollars of my money and all I have is a broken phone.

Take your credit card and RUN.

I really love the phone, it does all and more than I expected. I had a problem with the order that was the fault of Expansys Usa. When I entered the order I used my home address for billing and the address where I am temporarily living for the ship to address. This capability existed on the order form. Expansys Usa would not bill to and ship to differing addresses. End result, the cost to reship by a family member was an additional $17.00 plus the delay, both were unacceptable.

Just got this Phone last week and here's my honest review.
The LG G4 is a beautiful phone I would say just for camera, it's the best phone there for taking great shots!
but for overall performance, it's just alright… 3 stars out of 5 stars.
Texting for example, like there are times that you like to have your phone on a table or flat surface, this one, you can't -because it keeps rocking cuz' of the curved body of the phone plus some apps work and some apps are not compatible…like the Starbucks app I tried to sign in, it just would not let me log in- some system error it says on the screen and this one by the way is from Hong Kong-based model phone so I'm not sure if it's compatible with some of the apps here in the US like for example the LG Smartworld app, it wouldn't download the app with this type of phone it says it's not compatible, that sucks!
Rear Camera on the LG G4 is great but not the front facing camera, the colors are not really great for selfie pic on some lighting…
iPhone is still the best there is, it's user friendly and it's so easy to find what you're looking for and its just the best phone ever!
Android, mmmm not so much.
I have both iPhone and android phones I would say this one is a good phone but not great!

Bottom line if you're going to get an android phone go with the Samsung galaxy S6 edge or plus or whatever or even the note 5, this one the Lg G4 is a OK…

Don't waste $510 for this one, not worth it.

Expansys by the way is really good, highly recommended if you r looking to get or buy an unlocked smartphone, go with Expansys! The best customer service there is!
I'm a repeat customer. The only issue I had is with the phone itself. It's all brand new! It just didn't met my expectations. That's all. Would I buy another phone from Expansys ? Definitely yeah. I just have to really do a thorough research before I click buy.
