This organisation is the WORST group of people i have ever dealt with. Their advertising is false and their materials are not what they say they are. They will charge you top dollar for something advertised as premium quality – but the quality is pure rubbish and not as advertised. Authorities are aware – and one of thier businesses is already closing down. It won't be long before more of their businesses close down. Don't risk doing business with the these people.

There are so many bad reviews of this site that once we had ordered and paid for the 2 dresses we panicked about it being a scam. We tried to contact them and made contact straight away by phone and live chat. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Dresses arrived early and exactly like the pictures. Unbelievable bargains!! Very happy with service!!

Evening dresses

I bought 2 dresses. They don't fit right. The company refuses to take them back. The size dresses are more like a size 2USA. They are not made well. They refuse to take responsibility and wont even exchanged them or refund my money. Do Not BUY

Worng size will not refund money

I urge anyone who reads this please Don鈥檛 NEVER order from this company. Because they will not take the order back or work with you on your Order. My order was $248.37 @ and it is too small, I wear a size 16W. The International size chart for Bust size for 16W is between 41 陆 鈥?43 the size I received was 40 陆.
I send an email to Service FabBeautyDress [email聽protected] and the following was their reply:
Dear Customer,

Thank you for shopping from our website.

We apologize that the dress does not quite fit and all the inconvenience it may cause to you.

1. Please kindly provide use picture of your measurement in bust /waist/hips with a tape clear to read. We would like to know how our customers measured themselves and whether they selected the correct size.

2. Please also take a picture to show us the part of the dress which doesn't fit your body, and show us the tag hasn't been removed from your dress yet.

We will send them to our Quality Checking Department to see if we made a wrong size. Once we get the reply, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We will take full responsibility if we tailored the dress wrong size after confirming the problem from your photos. Please kindly know that we're unable to arrange the Return Process without your photos. We appreciate your kindly cooperation in advance. We need to confirm whether we have sent the wrong size to you.

I do not feel comfortable sending a picture of my body measurement over the internet. Why would you ask for something like that, to be send over the internet? Do you have a store near this location (Brunswick, GA 31520) where I can take the merchandise to so they can provide you with the information you need. Or can I send it back so you can properly inspect the items for yourself to see that I鈥檓 telling you the truth. By the way, you will also see how poorly the outfits were made as well. It looks like it wasn鈥檛 made by a professional seamstress.
What is you return policy?
Should it be something like this: FabBeautyDress wants you, our customers to be completely satisfied with the purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling.
Their reply to this was:
We are sorry for the inconvenience that may cause to you.

Please measure the dress you got and send the pictures (a picture of the dress measurement in bust /waist/hips with a tape clear to read). Just measure the dress you got, and please don't put it on and measure it for we need to verify whether we made a wrong size for you. Thank you very much.
We will send them to our Quality Checking Department to see if we made a wrong size. Once we get the reply, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We will take responsibility if we made a wrong size or a wrong dress for you. Please kindly understand this and thanks for your cooperation.

The following is the last email I receive from FabBeautyDress

our dress is made to order. If there is our fault, we will take the responsibility. if not, we can not receive this return. and our size 16W Waistline is 43in we suggest you can send it to others as a gift or resell at local place.
This site for FabBeautyDress is a total scam, and I learned the hard way.
I am forwarding this email to the Better Business Bureau. I do not know if it will help, but it certainly wouldn鈥檛 hurt.

No, I do not understand why, you did not follow the International size chart. The outfits bust size you send me is for a size 14W person not a size 16W.

Is your company in need of money so bad that you cannot do the right thing and refund my money. Your businesses only care about one thing, money. You don't care how you get it as long as you keep getting more of it. In general, customer service is at an all-time low, greed and increasing profits is at an all-time high, and business ethics has been kicked the curb long ago. Business Ethics involves learning what is right or wrong in the and then doing the right thing. Refund my money.

They do not deliver what they offer!!!!
I specifically ask them in advance if they could deliver what I wanted, which was simple…
Just the same colors as they were shown in the picture of the dress.
After 6 e-mails back and forward they confirmed they could…
But in the end, they sent me excactly what I said I did not want!
They are a bunch of liers!
Additionally, the quality of their materials is the worst ever!!!
The dresses are not even close to what they look like in the pictures.
DON麓T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

My wife ordered a dress that she saw on fab beauty dress website for $116.99 plus expedited shipping charge of $22. dress was supposed to arrive in 10 to 12 days. When I became aware of the transaction I disputed the charge with the credit card company. The charge is on hold until the dispute is settled. It is $138.99. The dress arrived 19 days after the order was first placed which invalidated the expedited shipping charge. As I suspected, the dress was of inferior quality and design. It came with no packing slip and a tag that read Izidresses. The dress was made in China and is probably a counterfeit version of a dress stolen out of copyright. After a considerable and aggravating runaround from Fab Beauty Dress we received an address in China to return the dress to which I did by registered mail for $38.99.

Debt your account and never send the product

We ordered a prom dress.. This company based in china, poses as an American company. That don't have a phone number and the address they provide is bogus!
We sent email several times inquiring about delivery. They returned one email claiming it was on the way and would be here soon.
It never arrived.
We went on line and searched for reviews on the company and found hundreds of complaints like ours.
Some people have received dresses but they are not new, or anything like the ones they ordered.
I would provide more information but I can't find anything but a phony address, with a made up zip code.
Why hasn't this company been shut down?
