Today is 7th day for delivery so as per terms and conditions it should be delivered today however, no one has contacted me to arrange delivery to date and despite much communication with groupon – it seems no one can get hold of the merchant either. There are two contact numbers on their website. One is 123456789 which is obviously not a number and the other doesn't even connect.
I have no idea where my goods are and cannot get in touch with anyone to find out
Avoid these cowboys!!! I will be escalating to trading standards, watchdog and if not delivered today, my bank to get a refund
