I found Jim just through a random Google search when I needed my sectional and wool area rug cleaned. I texted him through the phone number on his website and he responded almost immediately. He was able to fit me in quickly and was prompt and very courteous. Also, his pricing was more than fair. He charged less to clean both my sectional and 8×10 area rug than the last guy I hired a couple of years ago just to do the sectional. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing carpet and/or upholstery cleaning, and plan on hiring him again when I need additional cleaning in the future.

Was out of town for an event and we needed some emergency cleaning done. Someone referred me to Jim and I'm glad they did! His pricing was fair, he was pleasant to deal with and everything went smooth as expected. I'm in a service related business and I have to say I wish I got to deal with more people like Jim. Seems like a good guy who's main goal was getting the job done right in the time we needed it done at a reasonable price. That's a good business model right there!

I cannot say enough about the owner of this Company. Jim is definitely a professional very kind and courteous took his time in cleaning my area carpet spent over an hour here to make sure that it was right. Came out beautiful!
