Worst exp ever. Horrible service, 1-2 month in shipping if you are lucky to receive at all. Refund – maybe in a year. Finish buying this highly overpriced crap.

Terrible slow service – loss of money – DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE.

previously being happy with their products bought from the high street, I ordered some Cosyshoe Men Slippers on the 1st December 2020. To save on shipping I added two pairs of socks to the order (we all know retailers love to up-sale).
Considering the pandemic and Brexit I expected some delays. I have been doing a lot of online shopping and some items coming from Germany, France and Italy took up to 10 days to arrive.
However, it got to January so I started email FALKE to get an update. They informed me about delays. A few days later they emailed to say the items were shipped.
2 weeks later I emailed again, this time with no response. I finally received a package from them but inside was only the up-sale socks and not the slippers I actually wanted. It is the 31st Jan now and I am trying to get my money back and am not getting a response.

Ordered face masks on 7th January. received e-mail saying dispatched on 12 th January. Have messaged 3 times . Each time receive automated response saying be in touch next few days. Like most other reviewers, no follow up and no order received.
My advice – don't buy anything from FALKE – I only wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.

absolutely not to recommend. First, I had to remind them to send my package after 2 weeks, then I found out they didn't even give my delivery address to UPS. They don't even bother to reply to your mails !!!

I ordered three items and paid in full on the 08/12/20. It is not clear from the receipt if one item is now out of stock or was out of stock at the time I placed the order but either way I have been charged for all three items.
One month later and I have still not received them. This is unacceptable. I have emailed the company five times about this matter and still no answer. Telephoning is hopeless automated service that racks up a bill without getting through. One email reply said they were investigating the delivery contractor GLS and they to have a poor rating.
I have demanded a full refund all the 拢80.00 without success. This was a Christmas present for my wife which clearly is no longer appropriate as I have had to buy substitute gifts to replace these items.
Falke company service is atrocious and I shall never order from them again nor shall I recommend them and I will be leaving a very negative review on FB, Instagram, Feefo etc.

Update – Finally received an apology and refund from Falke customer team. Thankfully they refunded the entire amount with a 20% off voucher.
Now while this has been rectified in my favour, which as a pensioner was needed, I doubt whether this would have been the case had I not persevered with phone call and emails. I was taught that you only get one opportunity to make a first impression and I have not been impressed. This is a shame because Falke is a good brand let down by its customer relations.

I ordered on the 16th of December some Burlington socks on Burlington.de.
The delivery was expected between 8 and 10 days….we are on the 11th of January and I didn鈥檛 receive them!
I sent several mails but nobody replies!
Very poor service!

No one is assisting me with this problem. I ordered a Christmas present on the 9th of December, it supposedly dispatched on the 15th of December, but it has not left the general logistics system. This is a Christmas present which will now not arrive. It has been 2 WEEKS. Your estimated arrival was 4-5 days. Terrible, terrible service.

I used to purchase from Amazon and other retailers. This is the first time I purchased from this website. The quality of the socks are as good as usual. The order takes a bit long to arrive though. The overall experience is quite good.

I don't know where my order is (S101797626) since I passed my order on 26th november. There is no tracking info in the confirmation mail, no tracking number. I called 6 times the customer service but no one answered. No one answered my email neither. Extremely bad customer service.

I have been buying Falke socks for years and never had an issue until now. Ordered socks and they arrived in a crushed open box with socks missing and Falke just ignore you and hope you go away. Terrible customer service

Walking socks and trainer socks from Falke as well as dress socks men and women.
In the past we have always bought our socks when visiting Germany. Then we started to order online as we are living in England. The first mens walking socks we bought about 5 yrs ago and my husband is still wearing them.
We are both very happy with the quality and the service we have received so far. We most certainly will continue to buy Falke.

Never trust this company, they dont care about their customers. I have recently placed two orders, but have received no deliveries, but Falke has charged me. First order was placed placed on 23 September, but never delivered. Falke told me that they would credit me, but that has never happened. I trusted them and placed a new order after their recommendation, new order charged on my card 30th September with the information that delivery will bevdone within a few days, but again nothing has been received. I can only warn people against this company, they dont care about customers…

Low quality and overpriced.
I bought pair of expensive socks for 25 euros. When I opened the box I saw there are many stains on the socks. I was shocked. Not possible to return as the shop is 200 km away.
My colleague buys there expensive tights and she has to replace them every month as the quality is so low.
Very poor quality. Overpriced.
Big disappointment.

The socks from FALKE are not really worth their price. Even after the first time wearing lint have formed, the merino wool has slowly dissolved. After a year, about 2/3 of the merino wool is lost, they are not so warm and thick anymore. In addition, they already have holes in the places where they have been particularly stressed (big toe and heel). I already had normal socks from Nike and Adidas, and I sometimes wore them for up to 10 years. It is really bad that these completely overpriced socks break so fast. But planned obsolescence seems to undermine our lives more and more … a pity. Avoid this brand, there are enough alternatives, which are very good compared to FALKE.

Be aware of FALKE company, who will supply you with the fake label (did it to me twice) so the return won鈥檛 reach them and it鈥檒l be all your fault for not checking with them whether the return label they鈥檝e provided is correct or wrong. FALKE customer service blamed me for sticking the wrong label on (apparently label they鈥檝e supplied was wrong) and so far it has cost me over 拢150 loss. Very dodgy because it has happened with them twice. Two different orders, both hasn鈥檛 been received due to a dodgy return label they supply. 拢150 is a big money for me to be lost. I am extremely upset.
