I purchased a name fleece for my birthday. I ordered it on 5/22. It is now 7/22 and I still haven't received my order. I've reached out to them several times. There is no phone, the email response is always the same, due to COVID, shipping is delayed. However, I show a shipped date of 6/1/2020. The item is still in the same place, 42 days later. Their ads are beautiful. I was taken in, do not follow me down the garden path to lost money.

My order was placed an order on June 8th. A month has gone by, the product hasn't been sent and I have had no answer from the customer service to my multiple e-mails! Terrible service! Only gave it one star rating because I could've give it a zero star.

I had reviewed my purchase due to the braces on the back arriving unattached in 2 places. I didn't know how to contact the service dept. WELL, after reviewing I did find infor to contact. They have gone over and above to help fix the situation. The picture was perfect, the problem was fixable and they gave me a bit of a refund to make my time worth it. I glued the corner supports on back in and all is well. Great picture and great service. UPDATING A PREVIOUS REVIEW.

After waiting several months on my item that I ordered from all family give came in on July 2nd. I ordered it on May 3rd and thought that I would not receive it but I was wrong and I received it and it's beautiful and I have to give a positive review.

Family Gifts Co is the worst company ever. I ordered a picture and it came damaged, incomplete, crooked and with no backing. I then called and ordered a replacement and received the same, damaged, incomplete and now discolored. In parallel, I also ordered another picture for a family member and experienced the same. When I ordered the replacements, they promised that I would receive pictures with backings and now are feeding me a story that they n ok pinger do this. Stay away from they liars. They only take your money and don't deliver.

I special ordered a blanket for my wife. It took 66 days to receive the product (not sure if Covid-19 held up shipment) There was no customer service; no one to speak with; no one to respond to questions or queries on line or via email. Left in the dark. It did finally arrive and the wife is happy with the product. Just know that it will seem like forever to receive and there's no follow or customer support services. None.

I ordered a shirt on June 3rd which was guaranteed to be here by Father's Day. This shirt is still in processing mode. The number they provide just tells you to email them. I emailed them and received an auto response. I guess I have to cancel payment like everyone did smh. This place needs to be shut down! Please don't order.

The website lists a disconnected number for customer service. It is an international scam listing a corporate address in England. Another address in San Francisco and a Canadian telephone number. My bank may not refund me but i will report it to shopify and try to get it taken down.

Nothing was ever shipped.

I received the wrong blanket. I emailed and within a day of sending my complaint and I wanted my money back they replied they were sending the blanket 3 days later. No mention from them until I asked the second time and by that time my order was processing and money could not be refunded and no mention of returning the blanket to an address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T CHECK THEIR EMAILS ON WEEKENDS!

After 12-14 emails (2 months)back and forth to this piss poor business who scams people out of money I finally got my full refund back! I had to ship the wrong order back in my expense to China and then another blanket just like the one I sent back came again AFTER I told them I will keep bothering them until I got a full refund back and they need to read emails more often so they don't get bad reviews and lose customers. I am still stuck with a blanket I didn't order but at this point all I care about is that I got a full refund back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased a blanket on 5th of May
Tracking says it arrived in Harthorne Ca. On 17 th May. It is now 13th June and still nothing. I have emailed them 6 times. with no return emails. Do not order from this company. And I hope these people burn in the pits of hell for all eternity. $83.46 just gone. It's sad people can do this.

I ordered extra large blanket on may 3rd from all family gift i regret it by far worse no customer service at all no phone number to reach anyone tracking number don't work only tell me it's in transit extremely shady I want my 83.94 back may have go thru my bank do dispute I think it's out of Germany not sure whole bunch of B.S. never again!!! update: After emailing customer support I received an email the same day that package my take awhile because it was coming from outside the country. Next day I received another email that my packing was now in New Jersey. Today the package was delivered with only part of the order. Refills with no journal???

WE ORDERED A WALLET WITH A BEAUTIFUL, SAYING INSIDE FOR MY SONS GRAD. WE ORDERED IT ON THE 2, OF MAY 2020 AND STILL NOTHER, I TRYED EMAILING AND IT STATES NO SUCH EMAIL ADDRESS. Ordered a Mother's Day gift. Paid $3.99 extra for expedited shipping. Almost a month later and still no item. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Filed a dispute with Paypal. A-Holes advertise all over instagram. Someone should stop them from advertising. Because of their deceptive practices I didn't get the gift I ordered for my wife's first Mother's Day. Douche Bags!!

I ordered a 20 year wedding anniversary gift for my wife. That's when things went WRONG!! Anniversary has now come and gone with no delivery of the purchased item. Received 1 email stating they would charge 20% fee to refund my money….. On an item I didn't receive, sent reply email… Feel in deaf ear.. opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Stay clear of these people, it will only end in disappoint!!! I only have 1 star, as there is not an option for zero stars!!!

Long story short, made an order, took forever to ship, finally shipped nearly 2wks from purchase date, shipped to wrong address in wrong state, asked for a refund, was told they had to speak to UPS before issuing a refund, told I would be called back, never received a call, instead they sent me an email saying they were going make me another and then ship, not what I asked for. UPS called me to say they found the package and they sent it back to Family Gifts Co. I sent another email asking for a refund, no reply. Every customer of theirs is now a former customer. I received an email last night after clicking through from FB to their website. Bought something "in time for Valentine's". Late on Feb 12, an apologetic email arrives from owner saying they ran out of something. All orders placed in advance of cut off will ship Feb 13 (ground UPS). They didn't give you much time to find an alternative present online and had I known, I would have cancelled.

Chose 1 star as you have to choose something and they do not have a NEGATIVE star rating.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! The canvas i ordered is NOT what was sent they chose what they were going to send They DO NOT HONOR the 90 return/exchange policy to ensure 100% customer satisfaction as they put in their policy.

Worse customer service! I ordered gifts for Christmas. It is now January 12th and still have not received the journals. On December 17, 2019 I received notification that the package is ready to ship and in Fremont, CA. Still nothing. The only way to send communication is via email. I wish that I would've done research before ordering.

I ordered 3 journals on Dec 14th for $124 with "Priority Care Shipping" for Christmas. I received is an email on Dec 18th that said "Your order is on the way" with a "tracking number" that didn't register on the USPS site when entered. I kept checking every few days and then tried calling the 800#. It plays a recording that tells you to email them. It's now Jan 3 and the tracker still says its in Fremont, CA, so I left a message today asking them to refund my money, but due to their poor customer service so far, I'll probably have to handle that through my cc company. I believe this is a scam.
