FanBump

I honestly loved Fanbump. I was skeptical at first about the service but they did deliver results. When I had questions, Cam answered in a timely manner. When Instagram changed their algorithm, they kept me informed through the whole process. I was actually sad to hear when they went out of business due to the changes with Instagram. They was well worth the money spent. In their final month, they refunded me my money due to them not offering the service any more. Very honest company overall. I wish they was still in business.

The service was running quite nicely for a while and I saw significant growth as promised. Then after an Instagram algorythm change, the service stopped working. After I contacted Cam about it, he said that I need to be patient as they are trying to find a solution / later testing the new solution, that overcomes the IG change so I'll see results shortly. This didn't happen, results didn't start to show even weeks later, so I requested to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. The refund never arrived, I never received it. I contacted Cam a few times, he said to be patient, it's on the way, takes time for banks to process it. It's been a few months now, never arrived. They even said that they are shutting down their services, now it's up and running again…

I have been using FanBump for a few months now and my following has nearly doubled. I have been connected with others in my industry as well a others who are not. FanBump conveniently sends out reminders to update your targeting and does pretty darn good at focusing on your follow goals. There is great communication from the team and recently with a change to Instagram, they offered a refund for the two weeks-a month of slow or no growth. I could not be happier and so glad I gave them a shot. I also tried another iInstagram growth service which was total junk and my followers were less than stellar. Give them a try, and be patient as growth (good growth) doesn't happen overnight. Don't expect 1K followers in a few weeks time, which isn't realistic, trust me, you don't want those followers anyway. My FanBump followers actually interact with my account regularly.

We signed up with fanbump and paid our $99 fee for the first month.
After more than a week of zero results, I sent an email to fanbump requesting a refund and cancelling my account. They did absolutely nothing for me in the week and a half since I had signed up with them. They are a waste of money. Do not spend the money!

One star is even too much…they are legit thieves, just taking your money. They have basically charged me a month without me using their service, when I asked for a refund, they replied they have no refund policy. These are thieves and should be banned from the internet.

Was curious about how this would go so a tried it out for a month.
So first they promised that I would gain atleast 40 to 1000 followers in the first month.
They said the first 2 weeks they warm up your account and then you will start to
Gain followers at a more rapid speed.
My opinion of this was that you shouldn鈥檛 be paying the first 2 weeks as they don鈥檛 do much at all when they warm your account And I don鈥檛 think they actually made any effort in that 2 weeks towards my account at all.
2 weeks went by didn鈥檛 have one single follower.
I thought to myself surely one follower but I鈥檒l leave it alone and wait another 2 weeks now that my account is good to go and 鈥渨armed up鈥?for them.
Another 2 weeks went by and I got a total of 4 followers I didn鈥檛 notice any difference in engagement in the whole month and I even think the 4 followers was organically done by myself.
Now thinking that I just spent $160 nzd for the month I was not happy with the outcome of this at all.
They didn鈥檛 even meet there promise of a measly 40 more followers.
I emailed them and said I wanted to cancel because they have not given me anything for my money.
They replied with no excuse of how they basically stole my money and just said sorry and cancelled my account.
In the end if a company takes your money and doesn鈥檛 even give you an excuse in how you they made it worth it for you they are a straight up scam and a joke.
Do not go with this company worst experience I have ever had.
Some of you might be wondering it might have just been my content that I am posting but I have been organically growing my instagram with my content for years and know how to present my work.

I've been using FanBump for around 7 months now and the service was awesome before July/August and has been great since! There was a rough patch when Instagram changed a million things but the growth is solid again.

Positives:
In terms of raw numbers the service is fine. A lot of the followers were engaging almost immediately. I personally do think I have great content that lends itself to that behavior. Regardless, after the first two weeks I was recommending this to folks I know who are interested in increasing their following. The founder seems like a nice/decent guy, and I like that he engages directly. He's also put his name on the line which is not a small deal thing to me.

Negatives:
Follow/unfollow is the name of the game here, but you know this going in. It starts off okay, but the bot seems to start greedily expanding on a network of followers it finds success with. This happened once, and after the team tried to correct for it, it happened again with a very unsavory set of followers. I'm not confident that it wouldn't just keep happening. The effort to help me the second time was pretty damn poor, and I ended up just revoking their access after days of back-and-forths. Guess the founder just got tired of me or something; I don't blame him. Not bothered enough to press for it, but would've hoped for a partial refund as a nice gesture given the service wasn't all that cheap.

Overall thoughts:
If you only care about raw numbers and really think you have good content, this could be a good play, but who follows me and who people see me follow matter a lot to me. I think the CEO/founder is probably a good guy who just has too much on his plate.

Signed up with them and after I didn鈥檛 see any movement in a week, I contacted my rep that has taken a month to convince me to sign up. He said there 鈥渨as an issue with hooking my account up to the service鈥?and processed a refund. No explanation. No troubleshooting. Terrible waste of time and money.

Update: As you can see from the response, we still don't know why they couldn't hook up my account. I just wanted an explanation and some help. But they'd rather refuse business than fix their bug. Very strange experience all the way around.

Signed up for their services since they seemed reputable and transparent, but it's just essentially the follow/unfollow game, which is now an outdated strategy. Their targeting was awful too, and they actually had me following bot accounts. I've tried $30 services that performed better than this did. Also I hate that the only way to cancel is to email them. Of course I did that, and they didn't cancel and continued to charge my credit card. Luckily my cc marked them as fraudulent charges.
