I ordred a jersey 9.12.20, but it keeps getting pushed back due to covid. Anyone can understand that. I reach out to them to express concerns about the product i ordered being delivered for my daughters Birthday November 5th (almost 2 months later) and I get a response saying "guaranteed ship by date Oct 28th". One week before my daughters birthday i get another email saying the package has been delayed again. At this point I realize it wont make it for her birthday but thats ok Christmas is right around the corner. I check back, today 12.2.20 and provide my email and order number so they can provide an update regarding my purchase. They locate my order showing it as cancelled. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Just ordered tshirt with free shipping. As I pressed complete purchase, I noticed it was switched to 2 day $10 shipping. Can't get a response from anyone to have it corrected or cancel ,

UPDATE: All good. The shipping has been corrected. The echat function appeared to not be working, as I was told to wait for someone to help, but they must have been working behind the scenes and took care of everything without me knowing what was going on.

I placed an order on October 28th and just barely received my shirt! the screen printing was way smaller then advertised and the screen print was crooked! Also the shirt was very poor quality! I will never shop Fansedge.com ever again!!

I placed an order today and after reading the reviews, I鈥檓 getting very nervous! I ordered two items and it should be here by the end of next week. I will come back to update when I receive. Cross your fingers for me!

UPDATE:
My order just came THREE DAYS EARLIER than I was expecting and I am super satisfied! I can鈥檛 add photos to this, but the boots came in the official NFL pink and black box and were wrapped carefully. The hat wasn鈥檛 wrapped, but it does have the official NFL tags and stickers, and it鈥檚 not damaged at all and actually looks better than the photo. I don鈥檛 really understand why the other bad reviews, but I鈥檒l be ordering again.

Dont trust this site for returns. they say it is a free shipping but you will be charged double what you normally would have paid to return an item

i bought a sweatshirt that came and was a childs size not adults as i ordered. it cost me 16.97 to return it when i could have returned from post office for 3.20…but hey use their free return shipping to save money

will never order from this web site again…

also on another order i waited almost 3 months for my items

i ordered a premium 47 MVP yankee ballcap. arrived with many wrinkles , not something you want with hats which are supposed to be tight and crisp…went to return it and it says "free return" but they hit you with a 4.05 "label fee" like your a phucking reetard and dont realize thats what it cost to return, less even as they have deals because they purchase shipping in volume. felt so insulted. ill keep the hat, write this review and never return

I ordered a very expensive beer growler from Fans Edge and did not read the reviews until after I placed the order. I grew very worried seeing primarily negative reviews and my tracking number didn't work. Well after a couple of try's, the tracking number worked and I saw my order had been placed. This was a "Manufacturer's Direct" item so it didn't come from FansEdge technically but Fansedge gave me a great discount on it. My order was scheduled to be delivered 2-3 weeks from the order date and it arrived one week after ordering. I received a FedEx tracking number and my order came exactly how it was suppose to. I don't know about shirts or other items from Fansedge but if it says "Manufacturers Direct" then trust it. I'm very pleased and have no complaints. Thank You Fansedge, I understand this is rare

Ordered a hat on Sept 29th.. the FedEx tracking info was useless, so I dug through their website for a contact #.. The guy I spoke with didn't seem to understand my anger. You immediately charged my card.. if the item is in stock, today is Oct 6th.. still haven't received. Given all the companies that I can buy from in the future.. it sure as hell won't be Fans Edge.. deplorable service for a first time customer! Turns out my bad review is just one of many.

First and LAST time I will order from them I ordered 3 items. An item for my husband daughter and I. Hoping it would be here in time for football season. Not knowing that it would take almost a MONTH and not only that. Supposedly "FED-EX" Lost part of my order somewhere in Sacramento. I checked to see if my order would be here on time a week before and they assured me it would. Sure enough a week passed by and no goods. All they could do was give me my money back for the item. At least they did that. After waiting that long just to hear I wasn't going to get my item and not even try to replace it with even a different shirt. I'm done with them. They said my item was out of stock. What a Joke of a company!

After reading the reviews I wasn't sure about ordering from them, but decided to anyway because no where else had the items I wanted. And glad I did because my tshirts came as ordered and didn't take too long. Would definitely order from them again.

The return fees are too high. I paid 9.99 for a shipping label on a 39.00 item. Basically I paid 25% of the sale price to return an item. The company will state stuff about restocking, shipping, etc., but their return fees are exorbitant, especially when you consider the mark-up on clothing merchandise in general. NEVER shopping with them again and flag their ads whenever they pop up online (which is everywhere thanks to cookies).

Ordered the Minnesota Gophers quoits ring toss game. Pegs were too big to fit into the holes on the board. Called customer service. Gave us a label for a free return and then sent us a new game. Agent said they would check to make sure the new one worked before sending. New one arrived and the pegs don't fit in this one either. Called customer service again. Decided to keep the game and just make adjustments to make it work, so were eventually given $10 off. Personally felt this was too little given the hassle of having to call customer service twice and work needed to now sand down the pegs for it to work. Positives were that both items arrived much earlier than expected and customer service agents were nice and polite.

I ordered 4 pairs of shorts with emblems on them i had no idea they sold garbage but that鈥檚 exactly what I got the emblem is not put on correctly and it looks like someone used a pair of scissors to cut the fabric and had there child help even the draw strings have stitching hanging off them this company is a joke DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a Dodgers sweatshirt in picture sweatshirt was dodger blue . When I got it. It was a faded blue made out of cheap material. Totally sucked won鈥檛 buy from them again when it comes to sweatshirt. Hats are ok.

Awful company. Tried to return a hat that was too big. You have to use their return method and they charge $9.99. I could use my USPS account and send it back cheaper. Tried calling a phone number I found and the message says due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot take my call. Chat function on their website does not work. Total disgrace.

This is worst company that I've had the displeasure of shopping with. I've made an attempt to buy a jersey from these scammers on two separate events and have had the same result. No shipment and delayed returns.

Absolutely atrocious, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered a jersey in April, received an email saying my order won鈥檛 be delivered until July 17. Spoke with customer service and they told me they habe to wait until contracts and paperwork is signed…wth!!! Also said they have to wait on officials to release the incense to start the production of the jersey…..wth again!!! Never heard of such a thing!!! I will never buy from them again!!! But what鈥檚 crazy the person signed their contract in March smh and a lot of people have his jersey so what鈥檚 the delay fansedge???

Placed order. Never said it would take 3 weeks for delivery nor did coupon get applied. Sat on hold 47 min and hung up. Called next day and was told I had to cancel within 30 minutes. I was on hold for those 30 minutes I told customer service. They can鈥檛 cancel order so I have to return it and lose my shipping money that was supposed to be free. Never will I buy anything from fans edge again!!!!

Ordered a New Era Dodgers Royal Game Low Profile 59FIFTY Fitted Hat and I got an UGLY, damaged, and too small hat instead. Delivery guy even threw it at my door when he dropped it off. The hat looks AWKWARD and definitely doesn鈥檛 look like what I saw on the website.

I am a little bit uneasy about my order as I ordered my son Tom Brady Buccaneers Jersey to surprise him. About a week later I placed a know how to file my own shirt that's a Buccaneers Tom Brady Woman shirt. When I look in my. Orders it shows only my order and not my son's yet they took both orders out of my bank account with no problem. I am upset that I cannot track my son's package only my own.
