Prima ancora che il mio servizio sia attivato, ho avuto cos矛 tanti problemi con Fastweb che sto annullando la mia richiesta.

1. Quando provo a utilizzare la password appena inviata al mio telefono, mi viene detto che non 猫 valido.

2. Quando premo l'icona a forma di occhio sulla riga della password, che di solito indica che il client vuole vedere la password in uso, non funziona.

3. Quando telefono all'assistenza clienti per ricevere assistenza per l'accesso online, ricevo un messaggio che riconosce il mio numero. Mi chiede se ho ancora un modem. Premo 2 per no. Quindi mi d脿 due opzioni, per ascoltare un messaggio sullo stato di avanzamento della mia attivazione, quindi un'altra opzione per ricevere un sms al riguardo. Non esiste altra opzione per parlare con un operatore. Ho provato tre volte a chiamare usando due numeri diversi. La stessa cosa accade con entrambi i numeri.

4. Quando provo ad accedere alla mia app, ricevo continuamente un messaggio che dice che il link che mi 猫 stato inviato tramite un SMS 猫 scaduto. Anche se ho chiesto di recuperare la mia password, e mi 猫 stato inviato un collegamento meno di 5 secondi prima. E dice che puoi accedere con Facebook o Twitter, ma quando ci provi, non funziona. Perch茅 dirlo se non puoi?

5. Non riesco a ottenere supporto tramite l'app senza accedere.

6. Mi 猫 stato detto tramite WowFi! Posso usare il modem vicino pi霉 vicino fino a quando il mio servizio non viene attivato. Ma questo servizio 猫 a 150m di distanza. Sembra molto improbabile, senza andare a casa dei miei vicini e in piedi sotto la loro finestra, che sarei abbastanza vicino per accedere al loro modem. Voglio chiedere questo, ma non posso parlare con nessuno.

7. Sulla homepage di Fastweb posso chiedere a qualcuno di chiamarmi immediatamente. Questo 猫 eccellente Ma solo i non clienti possono trarne vantaggio. Quando chiamano entro 15 secondi e dico loro che ho gi脿 effettuato la registrazione, due volte l'operatore mi ha bloccato. Non sono stati in grado di darmi alcun numero che potrei chiamare con l'aiuto anche per accedere.

8. Non desidero il servizio se un tecnico non viene a casa per installare il modem e gli extender. Il motivo per cui lascio Eolo 猫 perch茅 non siamo mai stati in grado di ottenere una copertura completa sui tre piani della nostra villa. Dove alloggiamo, nell'appartamento al piano di sotto, non c'猫 affatto wifi. Dobbiamo sapere che Fastweb invia un tecnico a casa. Potete per favore confermare questo? Nell'area clienti dice che un tecnico incaricato da Fastweb attiver脿 la linea. Non dice se qualcuno verr脿 a casa o no.

Se non riesci a parlare con nessuno, anche se hai problemi di accesso, non puoi utilizzare nessuno dei servizi senza effettuare l'accesso.

Finora non ha funzionato nulla con Fastweb.

I鈥檝e placed a contact request to settle a new FTTC connection. The call center operator was really disappointing. She closed the call even before clarifying all aspects of the contract I was going to sign. I moved to another operator. Really bad customer support.

Fastweb managed to disconnect my old ADSL and leave for days without the new one. I have been client for many years and had a few problems, but it seems that when you have a problem they are not able to solve them. It's now two days without ADSL at home because of Fastweb. They also made the customer service even worse, now if you go on the website they ask you if you want to be called back, and when you click on the button to be called back they say "please call 192193". If you call 192193 it invites you to download the app to solve the problem on your own. It's just incredibly stupid. Today I called again the 192193, they didn't pickup the call but they asked me to rate the service. They are so uncapable and disorganized, it's incredible.

I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. With their awful service, non-existing customer support and non-functioning website they deserve to go out of business. I cannot even change my contact phone number, nor can I add a EU bank account for direct debit payments. Seriously badly managed company.

There is no internet in the evening and on weekends. The company is stealing internet from its customers. Thief鈥檚!

Have closed contract for a week and have still not received the code so that I can send modem etc free of charge via Italian poste office. I think speaking with the Pope or maybe the Queen of England is probably easier than trying to speak with anyone from their call centre. Impossible

I closed my contract due to moving to abroad and received the confirmation. However, each month I am still charged for the service. Myfastweb platform has no option for these kind of requests … What a service!

The worst customer service ever!!!

Not respecting any deadline, irresponsible behavior towards clients. Disrespectful attitude.

If you can avoid it, highly recommend to do so.

P.S. the amount of negative reviews and expiriences clearly proves that the company have no intrest to sorting things out and improve.

Fastweb It the italian telco operator uses the following process to migrate customer adsl TO Fiber:
1) (Previously) subcontracts the operation/migration service to other Italian suppliers (Soleto, SILTE)
2) Schedules an appointment for a day with 2 hour range time
3) Doesn't show to the appointment without notice
4) reiterate the process
Keep far away from these Companies!!!!

NOT RECOMMENDED As you see from the global rating and comments. I've been with Fastweb at least 15 years and they used to be reliable though costly compared to the Uk. They're still costly, but the service is appalling. I pay for the year but spend only around 6 months in Italy and these days that will always include a breakdown of the modem, This time I have unstable service on and off constantly and the first assistant a woman not only told me she had no English and no one there spoke English but after 5 minutes said the problem was resolved. She was lying. Next day I spoke to 2 men both helpful with very reasonable English. But for some reason Fastweb don't monitor their lines so you always end up phoning them. First man said ring back after 8 and they could start an intervention. Indeed!!! Incredible cheek when you think of it. Next chap said they would look into it and it should be done in 3 days, that was 48 hours ago, so I am looking at Xmas with the line going on and off every few minutes. With what I pay for it. Incredible pathetic and arrogant company. The point is you see in the UK swapping would be easy, but the Italians always make a drama when they can and swapping you can be sure will be byzantine and hair tearing out stuff. But this time is too bloody much and I will be moving. Crap company.

WARNING

– Been without internet for 7 months, they still send invoices,
giving me mixed messages and no written statements
– Rude and untrustworthy customer service
– The internet connection is really slow
– Occasional periods without internet (for me one month, had to pay regardless)

In Sweden this fraud company would be shut down. The worst experience I've ever had with a company.

I have been waiting for their modem for more than 60 days. TERRIBLE service, AWFUL connection and very expensive above any other European provider.

Worst ISP of the year goes to Fastweb.
Signed up on October 8th. Had to get an italian bank account just because they do not accept any other, nor do they accept bank transactions (because f*** you). Waited 20 days for the service man to come and install the line. However, he did not bring the router, and said it would come in 4 days (this happened on Friday OCT 26th.) I was away the following week. I got a call that I am away and will be back on Monday. What did he do? allegedly attempted delivery everyday since then including today, without ever stating when he will come. Why couldn't the serviceman just bring it with him like in any normal country????

Also had to deal with Fastweb being unable to process my IBAN for a while saying that the bank told them that its incorrect. I called the bank (FINECO), and they said that it is indeed correct. So this took another week to sort out.

Now back in Italy, after 10 requests to get a phone from Fastweb they finally call me, and tell me to check my SMS on "SDA precking"…Turns out it was SDA Tracking. Most unintuitive website ever, and the tracking code was too long at first, turns out you have to skip the first 3 letters. The lady on the phone said that she will forward me to someone and suddenly hung up.

I called myself and after 10 min of waiting I get informed that my address is incorrect.NOT TRUE. After another 20min I was told they would send it again because it was returned to the magazine. So now I have to wait yet another 2-3 working days.

I have lived in 3rd world countries, yet Italy, a long time EU member state's leading ISP is the worst that I have encountered.

Hopefully, I will have internet by Christmas. Wish me luck.

Dal 20 Settembre al 24 Ottobre non abbiamo avuto nessuna copertura internet a causa dell麓intervento erroneo del tecnico Fastweb per il passaggio a fibra.
Richiedo dunque il risarcimento del mese pagato piu麓 100 euro per danni arrecati dovendo andare quotidianamente al bar per avere internet.

First they ruin my office line while setting up another appartament. Then they set up two appointments for which they never show up. Then they tell me they will call me to set up a third one which they never did. Currently 10 days without phone or internet

Haven鈥檛 had internet for days but they don鈥檛 care. Their customer service is terrible – rude and useless. Last year my internet was down for over a month. I went to the shop and they said they couldn鈥檛 give me replacement internet until the problem was fixed. Oh and they charged me for that month, even though there was no internet. Awful company. Use Wind or Vodafone.

This company really sucks!!! I don't know about the rest of the world but in Italy Fastweb is unreliable, to say the least!!!! Do yourself a favor, choose another internet provider!

I am sorry to write in English but maybe this will help Expats who are tempted by the so called deals of Fastweb. They are total liars and should not be trusted. They use aggressive techniques to sell which are very unpleasant and will use any method to deviously get your details off you before you have made a decision. Luckily I refused to give my codice fiscal and looked into their so called deal before signing up. They told me my zone had Fibre Optics and it hasn't – very easy to check in fact. Just please don't trust anyone you talk to

Venditori inaffidabili – chiedi pacchetto ti danno un'altro piu costoso. Operatori 192000, 192192,192193 incapaci di aiutare. Disinteressati al loro lavoro. Ti passano da un numero all'atro o da un collega all'altro per sbarazzarsi di te! Attenzione costi non chiari e contratto da firmare senza chiarezza.
