I ordered a shower pan from Faucet, primarily because the item was marked IN STOCK. Several days after the order was placed I received an email indicating the item i purchased was on backorder. I called and asked if I could pay to have the item expedited to my home after they received it at their wearhouse. I was told no. I am now responsible for an additional fee to my contractor because the i had to delay their start time because i dont have the material on the date i indicated i would on the contract.

Do not use these guys. First there website descriptions can be confusing. This led to ordering a drain pan for a shower that I thought was 60" and it was 48". Next I sent it back and saw on their website that the refund was approved. (The site does say it may take 3-8 days to process and when item received) When I see approved on a refund status from them I think it is refunded. 1. Craig, a rep who frankly is a bit curt said the refund hadn't been started. 2. The return order was created on the wrong date. At that point I basically said this is the last time I will use these guys. If you do want to use them speak to JD. Knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered a replacement from them and it is the last time I will do so ever with faucet or a Build With Ferguson affiliate

They delivered the wrong item and when I contacted customer service they told me they would replace at no charge – BUT- it was up to me to return the incorrect item via UPS and if it was not received within 30 days I would be charged again for the amount of the original order. The original order being about $200 with the cost of the incorrect item being probably around $10 since they shipped an open box sink drain. Never, ever will I shop with them again. For a savings of $20 over Amazon, it is not worth the hassle to correct their errors.

We made a $105.94 purchase online with Faucets.com on June 10, 2020. It's now July 25, 2020, and we've NOT received our purchase. They had no problem taking money from our bank account though. We filed several customer service requests for an explanation but with no response. There is also no phone number to speak with a representative. When we logged into our account with them, it says that we've never made a purchase. This company is a real rip off!!! We're currently disputing this matter through Pay Pal.

Stay away from this company. I bought a fiberglass tub from them with a smashed corner taped together. The shipping box was in perfect shape, opened the box to give it a look and the left corner was smashed in. This tells me the tub was put in the box that way. They would not take it back for return because they have a two day return policy after shipping. Buy from a local plumbing supply store, they may charge a little bit more but its well worth it.

A day after I made my part order I received a cryptic email saying my order was cancelled. I received no explanation. Credit card refused? Part out of stock, Part no longer available?

My shopping cart showed a Grand Total amount. GRAND. Nothing can be added to a Grand Total or its just a subtotal. Once I get to PayPal they added shipping. Which would be fine except they've already given me a Grand Total. Purposefully deceptive. I bought from Supply.com for more but they were transparent throughout so they will get my business. Faucet.com and Build.com (same company) are on my banned list. WORDS HAVE MEANING.

I paid for overnight delivery. It began as a UPS delivery and the site changed it to a USPS delivery. A WEEK LATER, they decided my address is not deliverable to. The very same address i use for their parent company and receive shipments at on a regular basis.

FAIL

They are very quick to send merchandise and bill you, but don't try to return anything. I made a purchase in February 2015 and returned it 2 weeks later and I have not yet received my refund. I continue the fight.

I found these guys by just punching in "faucet" to Google. And viola! They just appeared like magic. Although I took a chance since they are not exactly HomeDepot but I got my order in good order and the price was right. Count me satisfied.

I ordered all of the fixtures, including faucets, bathtubs, toilets and sinks from faucet.com and could not have been more pleased with all aspects of the transaction. The telephone staff was knowledgeable and courteous, the items were received in a timely manner and their return policy was great.

Good Site, no problems there!
