On July 9th, I placed an order for a Water Vault thermos. Within minutes, I received an email confirming the purchase and was provided with an order number. The next day I received another email confirming the transaction was confirmed. When I didn't receive an email with shipping information, I went to the website, where I sent an email requesting shipping information.
When I didn't receive a response, I again sent an email via their website. This has gone on for almost two weeks. My last email to them was a warning that if I didn't hear from them in 48 hours, I would initiate a charge back process with my credit card company. I am extremely disappointed in this online company and will NEVER go to their website again.
