When I didn't receive a response, I again sent an email via their website. This has gone on for almost two weeks. My last email to them was a warning that if I didn't hear from them in 48 hours, I would initiate a charge back process with my credit card company. I am extremely disappointed in this online company and will NEVER go to their website again.
