First I had issues with the billing, as the website said my bank would decline the payment, which is not true as I tried it with other cards as well. After not successfully topping up my account I put some balance on it with PayPal, which turned out to be useless as it can not be used to renew your subscription.
At this point, I requested the closing of my account. I didn't get any email notifying my account was closed, but I couldn't log in anymore, so I figured it was finally done. A few weeks later I get a billing email from Fax.to saying the payment of the subscription was successful (which shows the before declined credit card now has been charged).
I immediately contacted the support, which after a few days responded they have removed my billing information from their system… A month later (now 21.06.2020) I get a new email notification with an invoice and saying my subscription has been "successfully" renewed…

Worst service I have ever encountered…

Had issues accessing my account, so got in contact with their support team for help – wow are they incompetent! They made a huge mess of my request and ended up costing me 2 weeks without fax services for my clients.

Not happy. Received confusing messages about supposed problems with my credit card, which seem inaccurate. The only real problem was that the receiver's number was busy – although that's not what their message suggested. At some point, I got the impression they started charging on top of my (thankfully small) deposit, so I just terminated this service, an hour or so after I started it.

I had close to US$50 balance in my account when I stopped using the service and was never able to get a refund. They find it funny when you finally reach someone at the company and put you through a vicious loop only to deny you over and over again.

Worst platform I ever used. Spend 3 hours trying to get this to work and zero results. Also issues with pricing. I would never use this again. Total waste of time

Spectacular, saving my day! Quick and easy, I was a bit disappointed about the unexpected 拢2.00 fee but the 拢10.00 credit option was pretty good. Fax was sent almost instantly. Just the service I needed.

Seemed like a genuine service at first. However, having serious issues with pricing. Signed-up because fax.to offered the pay-per-use. After uploading fax document and entering details turns out there is a 2.00 EUR handling fee (which is not disclosed to begin with). The alternative is to top-up your account with a minimum of 10 EUR. I chose this. Entered my address (UK) and it said total: 10 EUR (VAT = 0%). Paid using payal. Afterwards, checked paypal account and fax.to had charged 11.90 EUR.

Emailed fax.to support to request full refund and closure of account. I attached screenprints, showing 0% VAT. After my email, they made changes to the system, so VAT would now show-up as 19%, then emailed me back saying my screenprints were taken before I had entered the address and that with UK VAT the correct amount was charged.

The fact that they made changes to the system after my email is clearly apparent because, now, it doesn't matter if you choose Australia, USA or Bangladesh, VAT still shows-up as 19%. Clearly, they changed the VAT amount to show-up as 19% for all countries but couldn't be bothered to change it for each and every country.

update (19 Nov 2016) – Support has got back to me with explanation that the VAT amount not updating may have something to do with Browser and/or Operating system I am using. Promised full refund and even gave a complimentary fax credit for future use.

update (07 Mar 2017) – emailed support on 03 March 2017 about issue with sending a fax. Yet to hear from them. Seems support is not slow, it's non-existent.

It was an amazing solution for me when I'm very confused coz i couldn't find any place to send global fax in my country.
