while looking for a backup faxing service, we tried Faxzero. We received a "confirmation" email some 40 minutes after sending and confirming the fax. Nothing arrived. The recipient's machine was tested and works fine.

Don't waste time with them. Use a different vendor.

Faxzero used to provide a decent service. But, for the last several months, faxes to congress are not going through. When I reported the problem to Faxzero, their incompetent, rude "support" person (who goes by the name of Connie), kept insisting the fault lies with my computer (singular) — even though I provided documentation that it occurs with six different computers, five different browsers, five different operating systems, different routers and different ISPs. I've switched to another service permanently. I suggest you do the same.

Just used this site for the first (and last) time. Recipient received only the cover page. When I attempted to open the webpage to resend the fax I got a crazy text and audible warning message about my computer being at risk. Could not stop the audio, close the page or even close the browser without resorting to Task Manager to kill it. The warning did not come from any of my own security software. It was the site.

I do not recommend faxzero anyone.

Overall, very handy. Free. No strings attached. Only complaint was that it was a little glitchy with what emails it would send to, but finally worked well with gmail, which was my third attempt.

Awesome site – I use it a lot, since I'm overseas quite a bit and I've never had one problem with it

I always choose the $1.99 sending option, which allows payments through PayPal and works very efficiently

HIGHLY recommended!

I'm pretty sure it is not very secure at all to use this fax service. I used it to fax my credit card number to a reputable company, and the next day my credit card received unauthorized charges and I was forced to close it. Be careful with the information you send with this service.

Offers free Inernet fax service, up to 5 3-page faxes per day, or more for pay. "A+" rating by the U.S. Better Business Bureau, clean and functional interface – no trouble found.

The service verifies that it is being used by a real person, and emails delivery status.

In the past, FaxZero has been noted for placing an ad on fax page 1; but when I used it today – 2012/09/25 – it said there would be no ad. A very good deal if you don't fax much.

Oops. Got my math right but amount of pages wrong. Paid fax document -$1.99 (15 pages). Still a great deal …

Have been using it once a month to send in a monthly statement to the government. Condense three pages into a single pdf file – and not a problem yet. Initially, it was a little wonky – you may have to repeat the code once – but that was the only negative. For someone who needs to fax in a fashion similar to mine, knock yourself out. If my math is right, three pages / day @$1.99 per, saves about $180. a month – nothing to sneeze at if once in a while you have to repeat a short code …

free fax, easy if you just need to 1-2 faxes a day, They do include an ad with your fax, so if you don't like that, you should use another site.
