The best customer service I have ever seen. Employees are always extremely polite, clear with what they say and consistent. Price of the insurances also seem to be on point and very competitive.

Really disappointed with advokat from Fdm!
I becamed the member of fdm and done a car test to see if everything is OK with my car. I had some faults with it and the car was still on the warranty.
I opened the case with FDM to get help returning the car to a car dealer because he was refusing to take it.
I received the advokat which was looking at my case. At the beginning he was saying I have more than enough evidence to claim the refund, but after like 3 months he finally decided that he will speak to the car dealer and after that he said to me not to call him and only write an emails because its easier for him, he said he is very busy with other cases so he will not reply straight away.
I had to wait 2 weeks for a response that the car dealer refused to take the car back (which I knew about already that's why I wanted a help from FDM) . Every time when I send him some pictures or videos he was saying it's not enough proof to win the case with Anken忙vn for Biler and when I asked him that if there's a date from the day it was done he replied you can easily manipulate it!
I send the advokat a video from my dashcamera with the different date's so it wasn't first time how the dealers mechanics treating the customers cars, with recorded laugh of mechanic because he hit the speed bump so hard, the advokat only replaid it's nothing major because the mechanic probably didn't damaged the suspension.
Another time I asked the advokat should I give the car to the car dealer to get it fixed or we will start the case with Anken忙vn for Biler so if I will need to give the car to repair we will save some time. He just replied to wait and after like a week He told me to give the car to the car dealer.
So basically I have wasted 4 months just to find out that the car dealer don't want to take the car back, and I have a option to sell the car, fix it by myself or go to Anken忙vn for Biler and start the case with them because FDM don't have any power to make the car dealer take the broken car back.
He could told me that at the very beginning because now I will need to wait another 4-5 months!!!!!!
I send some pictures to the advokat of the sponge between the panels as a proof that the car was after an accident and he assumed I did put it instead of ask if it was from the beginning.
The advokat is only answering some easy parts of the messages and if so he is replying the way which made me tell him that I feel like a bit discriminated because how this case is going and I think he get offended and straight replied that he will not reply to my emails anymore?! I Said it's my point of view because the car dealer is a member of fdm aswell but he doesn't want to help me I believe…..
How can I not feel like discriminated if all he done in 4 months is contacted the car dealer twice just to get the answer the car dealer don't want the car back, and all the time he was saying my Japanese car 9 years old is a very old car with high mileage.
In my life I had an older cars with twice mileage as my car now and didn't had that many problems with them!
Dear Fdm I'm waiting for a reply and maybe you should think about getting some better advokats which would actually do something to help the members win the case not to loose it!! 🙂

By the way, in 26.12.18 i have spoke with a nice guy from FDM Vejhj忙lp. And he can see that i have been treated wrong from his colleague and he don't know why she didn't listen or attention that i have bought my membership in FDM with vejhj忙lp in 2013 its mean not same rules as now, its mean i have better coverage but unfortunately she didn't listen to me when i tried to explain to here.
Anyway, there is a bill i have paid for the taxi and the train and you should refund it with some good apologies for keeping me in the middle of the street in night with wind and cold weather and i was have a pain from the accident. Its really shame from you FDM.
