I had to mark a star in order to write a review. They do not deserve any star! I ordered a nozzle to attach to my hose in May and never received it. After going back and forth they say the nozzle was delivered. Post office says otherwise. We have moved since. Now they want it in writing from the PO saying they never received the item…basically saying they don鈥檛 believe us. UNBELIEVABLE! By far the worse company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

DON鈥橳 PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a funny cow mask. It took forever to ship to me. They did not ship the mask I selected. I contacted them about it and they told me they would re-ship the correct one. They would not refund my money. Got the mask in the mail today. They shipped the wrong one again! I鈥檓 done!

These people are completely wrong, i placed two orders both well over $100 it took more than 3 months to recive any kind of information then finally i got one of the $34 toothbrushes but it was more like a $5 toothbrush so finally i was able to get an emailing thread going with them i sent pics and proved that i what i got was not what i ordered they gave me a $46 refund on a order i paid $174 for and told me i recieved enough for my items. These people need blasted and reported i have slowly recieved a few of the items between the two orders none of them worth my money or all the effort i have put into trying to remain calm and professional dealing with these people. These orders were placed in april and here it is August. They deserve no stars and def should not be scaming people out of their hard earned money.

i said this was a scam; my issue was there was NO real time shipping updates. i had to email Feber.com and they would tell me " intransit"

I bought a power washer wand – piece of junk – delivered defective. no customer service phone number that the customer service email – they do not respond. So you will not be able to return. by the way – the delivery party on the parcel was "John Doe" in Texas. So Febers is owned by DREBEST LLC. Do not buy anything from them.

If I could give this company a -0 post I would, I made the mistake of not checking the reviews before I purchased a supposed to be power washer nozzle for $40, which by the way does no better than a $5.00 Walmart hose nozzle. Tried to return it, only to be told there has to be a manufacturer's defect and they want pictures to prove it. So, if you're just unhappy with their product you can't return it, this company is a sham, stay as far away form it as you can, put them out of business!!!!!!

This company is not worth any stars. The products are cheap and don't work properly. It is impossible to contact them with a return request because you will be ignored. DO NOT BUY from Febers! They are crooks.

I have had an order placed now for over two weeks since May 3, 2020. I have NOT received the item, NOT been able to track with the USPS tracking number provided, NOT heard from any correspondence of my follow-up inquiry regarding my order. This is the WORST COMPANY to deal with as they make no effort to answer or address issues of non-receipt of their order# by the client! I am notifying my credit card company to open a dispute against this company. Once it is resolved, I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE A(NOTHER) PURCHASE FROM THEM!

BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING!!! I bought the AquaPower shower head. I was not able to test this product upon arrival, because I was moving from location to location, and I did not have the proper hose to attach this to at my previous house. After settling in at my new address and testing this product out for the first time, I realized it was defective. There are sprays in all directions (as you can see in the photo) and it doesn鈥檛 even work on one side, so the pressure is not great. I tried all 3 settings, and it doesn鈥檛 change the situation. It鈥檚 defective. I contacted Febers customer service and they declined to help me any further, because it was 15 days past my delivered date. Poor customer service for a poor product. Very disappointed. I wouldn鈥檛 waste my money on buying from Febers.com again, and I will not be recommending it to my friends or family.

Lost $100. I received the product in OK time. I needed to return because it was unwanted from the person who I was giving it to. The product came with no invoice and written in Chinese on the label, had no way of contacting. I didn't realize I purchased through pay pal and didn't know how to find the person I bought it from. So after I exceeded the 30 days for return I tracked down through pay pal someone to talk to. I was probably 1 or 2 weeks after the 30 days. It took a few days to be responded to through email, no phone numbers even though I asked multiple times to speak to someone. I never used the product still in packaging and nothing wrong with it. I needed a simple return and they refused to do anything about it. I have products I am not using and lost $100. They were uncooperative and offer no other solutions. Going back and forth took another month. Obviously exceeding 60 days at this point, with an untouched product. Will never buy through them, it was a link through face book and took me to this sight. I will be more careful next time.

Misleading. Cheap merchandise!! You cannot get in touch with anyone all they have is an email address and you get an auto reply that makes no sense and leads you to a broken site .i lost $52 dollars with this fake company. They rob you in your face. They need to be shut down. Their reviews are fake. I left them several reviews but they dont post .. I will be contacting my bank!!

Well i bought the knee brace that cost 90 bucks they claimed the address was incorrect and they refused to give me a refund! Have been in contact with them for over a month. wish i saw these reviews before purchased they totally sux

This company is dishonest!. I asked to return a wrong size bra they wouldnt .Basically said sorry too bad !! I epuldnt buy anything from them .fyi theyre in China
Unfortunately i didnt know that until it was too late. They also go by Inspire!! Buyer Beware.!!

This company is fraudulent. Don't buy!! I bought the bunion sandals. They are cheap plastic, loose around the big toe which they promise to correct (bunion). They won't even give me an address to return the shoes. When you try online to converse with them, they won't even consider doing so unless you give them $1 and a credit card #. Don't do that whatever you do! They also say that I'd have to pay the return postage, and that I'd only receive a percentage of my $34 back. Looks like I'm stuck, but I'll keep tryingl. I want my $34 back!

Febers is VERY BAD & does not deserve any stars. They lie & cheat you out of your money!! Sent wrong size shoe, very cheep plastic not leather. Asked me to send pictures even tho website says everything is guaranteed & easy full returns. After many emails to them, their final response was. 鈥淭hey are sorry, they can not refund my $40. please give as gift to a friend.鈥?
What? No one wants those terrible cheep sandals. Hope they dont get your money!!!

Please do not shop here! The products are very poorly made with cheap materials. Definitely not worth what was paid. When I sent pictures of a pair of shoes that I received with glue marks all over and tearing at the seam, they still would not refund my money. They have stopped returning my emails at this time as well. Very disappointed with my experience.
