I electronically signed consolidation paperwork 0n 04/22/2016, and payments has be taken out of my bank account . I was told that this agency was with U.S Dept of agency. After speaking US department of education and was told that I have no application for consolidation on file I contacted these guys on 7/9/2016. The operator stated someone will give me a call because all agents were busy. I called US Dept of Education back and someone from their office decided to submit a consolidation on 7/9/2016 instead of returning my call.
