De service is meer dan perfect!

I ordered a product early January 2020 as a birthday present. The website indicated that it would be delivered the next day if I order before 23:00 that day…which I did. Needless to say I did not receive the package the next day.
Weeks went past with no indication of when the product will be delivered. I phoned them multiple times to cancel the order, but it deemed impossible to get in touch with any human at Femitique.
Almost 2 months later the package arrived at my doorstep…which is pretty late seen that my friends birthday long passed where I had to make other arrangements.
Now I am trying to send the package back, but Femitique refuses to pay for the courier costs. This was clearly THEIR mistake and according to THEIR return policy, THEY will pay for the courier fees if it was THEIR mistake.
Lets evaluate:
– Product was not delivered on the day it was promised -> Femitiques fault
– No track and trace was provided at all -> Femitiques fault
– Could not reach anyone at Femitique after multiple attemps to reach them (I have phone records to proof this) -> Femitiques fault

Luckily for me I opted for the option to pay after I receive the product. So one of two things will happen:
1) I will refuse to pay a dime until Femitique agree to pay the return fee; or
2) I will accept the product at no cost to me and donate it to charity.

"Thank you for blaming your mistake on our customer service".
I bought an item on a Saturday, and I needed it latest by Friday, so I bought Express shipment which means delivery from 1-3 days – which means it should be there latest Wednesday. I had written a wrong address, but quickly contacted them and they said they corrected the mistake – which they didn't because the postman couldn't find the address. So by Friday I was not yet able to receive the product. So I contacted customer service on Sep. 29th to get a refund – no reply. And then again on Oct. 6th, a reply answering "you can track your package here" (by then the package was already back in The Netherlands), and today I contacted them again furious because I felt like this firm is run by robots. The reply? "The refund was made to your Mastercard. Thank you for blaming your mistake on our customer service".
NO refund made and no further infor for me to be able to contact my bank in order to find the refund in case they were telling the truth about the refund. I would NOT recommend using this homepage!
