In my search for wellness I discovered kombucha, which quickly became my morning staple. I鈥檝e been trying to learn how to make it at home but I couldn鈥檛 seem to get it right. I did a lot of research to find out what I鈥檝e been doing wrong and I realized it was probably because I failed to check the pH levels. Luckily, I found an awesome kombucha pH kit sold by Fermentaholics.com. Their staff was also very friendly and helpful when I asked for further advice.
