Terrible customer service. Ordered over a $100 bouquet of flowers which were kept in a cool room with natural light but died within 3 days. FNP took no responsibility in replacing them nor offering any compensation unlike rival florists such as xpressflower.com which has phenomenal customer service. FNP regrettably have no interest in rectifying customer issues once raised after delivery. Needless to say I could never recommend fnp.sg to anyone. Please do not use this florist!
