I had no hope of finding my laptop but their system of alerting me with a photograph of the item was flawless and they shipped it to me quickly. I was amazed how fast I received it in Sweden from Naples. They were hugely helpful and I am still appreciative.

This site is terrible. It is the worst I have ever used. You found my lost item, but when I called to try and get it returned I was either hung up on or the people I talked to did not know what I was talking about. I never got my item returned.
I received your response to my note. I was never instructed to file a report or make a request via online or chat. Also, my item was not lost a year ago. It has only been 11 months. Perhaps you should still have it.

They found my backpack at the airport in Napels which is good. But this was two month ago. Since one month I do not recieve any answer after sending my proof of ownership. They are comletely ignoring me. I can麓t see any progress….

Good work from FindMyLost, my item was found and recovered. However I find 10鈧?too much to pay for the service. If I wanted to take care of my clients I would do it for free, or something symbolic, 1鈧?

I lost my bag with PC and passport on a coach service in London. When it was found, they sent me an email and helped me to gain it back quickly and effectively. The online service chat is very responsive. Great support at a time that was quite tough for me.

National Express were fantastic in retrieving, logging, and keeping my lost item safe. Also the collection process was excellent.
The experience with website was confusing because after registering I received confirmation and notification emails from Naples Airport (I was told NE use their platform). Event this Trustpilot rating request does not mention NE anywhere and is in Italian!
I managed to work things out but others may not be as lucky.

National Express holding my Phone for a ransom of 拢20 plus delivery
I have lost my phone on the 18th December, when I dialled my number on the 19th, to my surprise it was answered by Mrs ****** from National express in Stansted who was kind and sympathetic but could not help me directly and referred me to go on the company web and follow the "unfriendly instructions" which after many efforts and trials I managed to trace my phone, after retrieving details and references of my lost Phone, I phoned Mrs ***** on her direct line" who she kindly supplied me" for any further assistance, but to my dismay, she could not help directly, despite pleading with her and informing her of the phone containing private details and contacts "vital to me before Xmas" Mrs ***** promised to refer my case to head office due it's sensitive urgency as she's on leave the 19th, and they will contact me by Email, "BUT NEVER DID".
I tried to contact Nacional on Friday 20th December but no success after a long wait listening to the recording informing me of the many complaints calls they receiving and it will take a long time to answer my cal
The Phone is an old Huawei. National Express reference: #16212
National Express holding my Phone for a ransom of 拢20 plus delivery, as an O.A.P. This will constitute more than one day earning from my pension.

I left my Camera on a TRENITALIA Train in Venice, Italy and was instructed to do a search on FINDMYLOST.IT to see if it had been turned in. After filing a Claim my Camera was found and after a week of correspondence and communicating…proof of ownership…train numbers to confirm it was mine with FINDMYLOST, They have confirmed they have with Pictures. I CANNOT get anyone to assist me in Shipping it back to me. They tell me to call back, they are too busy. They have confirmed they have with Pictures.
Thank you for the Update. I have been able to Contact the "Shipping Company" that has my Camera and They are suppose to Ship to me. Your website is Very Misleading and Reads that shipping is coordinated thru your website? I understand NOW that your company does Not partner with the Trenitalia account. You are Correct…Your Software DID find My Camera & I Hope That I Can Reclaim It.

I was going to Milan by train and while getting off I picked up the wrong luggage because it was identical to mine. When I realised the mistake, it was too late but thanks to FindMyLost I was able to get in touch with the owner of the luggage, who had mine. Later, we met and exchanged luggages. Great idea! I could not imagine a better way to solve this problem.

I really wanted to give this service 5 stars. It is innovative and easy to use. I found my bag in minutes! However, it is expensive to have it sent back express. Could there also be a slower, perhaps, cheaper option? Also there needs to be attention given to ensuring DHL are aware a parcel needs to be collected. My bag was at Naples airport several days before it was taken by DHL. However, after I asked where it was, it was quickly transferred to DHL who returned it to me 24 hours later.
