I ordered a logic tv manual for 拢1.49…..tried to download it
2 days later my debit card was charged 拢24.90….I queried this by phone as any email was returned with 鈥榓n internal error鈥?to be told I hadn鈥檛 cancelled my 3 day trial of their premium service
ITS AN ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST SCAM- I shall sue them & if not paid back the 拢24.90 shall liquidate them…I am a lawyer so the cost to me will be nothing APART FROM MY TINE

This is a scam website. It鈥檚 makes you think it has a manual you might need (it showed me a picture containing my search string on a document) and charges you 拢1.49 for it. Little do you know that buried in the T&Cs is a pricey automatic subscription. In the meantime it sends you an email asking for the same information again and says it doesn鈥檛 have it after all. Customer service refused to refund the 拢1.49 when called to cancel, even though no product was delivered.

Same as everyone else's experience. Paid 拢1.49 for a manual which was only the quick start guide, for my new tablet. Now charged 拢24.90 a few days later. Have contacted them to ask them to return all my money and have unsubscribed also. I await a reply, if i get one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They should wear stripey shirts and have a dog called Bullseye.. Bought a manual for 拢1.50 and next day I was charged 拢24.90 . I complained and this is the result

On 24th there is a withdrawal of 拢24.90 described as "manual card paper purchase". This payment has been taken without my authorisation, knowledge, and without any formal acknowledgement from yourselves as to what I have allegedly purchased. Had I not scrutinised my account I would not have seen your mistake. Please resolve.

How do they get away with this! Complete Rip off. I ordered a manual (which was useless) for 拢1.49 thereafter I was debited 2 x 拢24.90
I spoke to them and they explained that I'd taken a subscription out. I cannot recall this. Apparently I had 3 days to cancel once I'd ordered the manual.

RIP off company I ordered a cooker manual for 拢0.95 they sent the wrong one and then a month later deducted 拢24.95 from my account – don鈥檛 touch.
There was nothing when I requested the manual to say they were going to charge a monthly fee

i paid 拢1-49 to them to find a manual ,they did not find it then a shock i checked my bank and they had taken 拢24-90 from it,there is no mention of this charge etc when 1st subscribing ,needless to say i cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund due to no mention of these monthly costs i dont expect to be refunded but i hope others read this and dont use them ,one big total con ,i shall be reporting them for theft and fraud to my Local Police not that that will do much good SO BE WISE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DON'T BE CONNED AND SAVE YOUR MONEY TO SAY I AM ANGRY IS A UNDERSTATEMENT

Debited unexpectedly. Had no idea I had any sort of permanent arrangement. I did purchase one manual but not a service I need regularly. I have been cheated by this so called company. Their operation is a scam.

What a rip of company paid 拢1.99 for a manual, they sent the wrong manual when the search said they had one. Then they charged me 拢24.95, it would have been cheaper if I purchased a new speaker! ITS A SUBSCRITION SERVICE. daylight robbery! Keep clear.

I wish I had spotted this site before I ordered a manual. I was totally ripped off. The monthly subscription is hidden. Within a few days they took the 拢24.90 monthly fee then refused to credit it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

I believe this to be a premium rip off, misleading and misuse of privilege information. It would be more acceptable to charge an acceptable price for the manual than it is to lure with a $1.99 price attached to a $40.00 monthly fee. That is a lot of manuals. Further more, how about a receipt when I receive the manual so I can act to your lawlessness more expediently.

These are a bunch of rip off merchants. The manual I requested was nothing like my request, I complained and was fobbed off. I cancelled my so called subscription but they have taken money twice even though this was cancelled within 24hours of the initial request.

Website asks you to enter details. After a few seconds, comes up with " We Have Your Manual" and then asks for money.
Initially, this is 拢0.75. Then:
– Tells you they will have to look for it
-Tells you that you have subscribed at a rate of 拢5.00 per month – Yes, the website did state this but right at the bottom of the page.

Cancellation of subscription was simple and achieved by emai. Cannot help though that the whole setup is a bit of a con.
