I've just spoken to customer service at Fineco Bank a couple of times. They've always been very helpful, never hurried and careful to explain everything, e.g. buying at a limit price for an AIM stock. So far, I'm happy to be with the bank.

I completed all the forms all the details like what my great great grand mother used to eat for breakfast. Went through pages of compliance know your customer and credit checks. The account opening process takes for ever and a day. Then after saying my account was being opened they rejected my account because i live on the Isle of Man. No explanation, just blatant RACISM. This company discriminates just because people live on an island off the UK.

The web app and mobile app is simply fantastic, way ahead of any other bank I have used. When I called I was put through to a human voice immediately. Brilliant!

I received an email from Finecobank inviting me to take part in a survey with two choices: 'Satisfied' or 'Not Satisfied'. The 'Not Satisfied 'option took me to a screen telling me the survey was not live with this message, ' Sorry, but the Help us improve, leave your feedback! is not within the specified start and end dates, so you cannot take it at this time.' So my only option was to use this 'Satisfied' screen – which is live – to communicate my experience. Finecobank only wants to hear and report the good news and edits out any negative feedback. That is my experience so far …. The original cause for me not being satisfied was that the first call centre operative I spoke to was an impatient young man who clearly wanted to cut me off as soon as he could, and told me he was not allowed to spend time going through the online account opening process helping callers deal with problems they had trying to open an account online. So it appeared he was under instructions from his line manager to dump callers like myself ASAP. Yet the online account opening screen has a telephone number which you are invited to use if you need assistance! If I were a Finecobank manager or investor I would want my call centre operatives to do whatever it took to help new potential clients successfully open their account, not to tell them to go away because you are too busy with other more important matters. But I will add that the second call operative I spoke to, a young woman, was quite the opposite and was very helpful and said she would arrange for an email to be sent to me which I have received and replied to.

A great platform, and good support. So far all working and the trading platform is brilliant, highly recommended. I have a Euro , USD and GBP account, have used USD and EUR so far and both have received funds on to time.

i can do more or less everything, with few exceptions. still work to be done on bank transfers to UK banks to eliminate the charges, for example.

i am an italian in the uk and i gotta admit the customer service we receive from the fineco uk branch is second to none but unfortunately if we compare the services of this multi currency bank to something like revolut the gap is really dramatically huge. i am starting to believe that revolut bank has no competition at all.

Setting up account was fairly straightforward although transferring money into the account takes longer than expected. I opened the account to trade shares and this has been a painless experience with both the website and app.

Great Service! No INSTANT transfer to UK account, but I use the ATM for smaller amounts. Drawback visiting banks during COVID-19. Unfortunately no interest bearing Savings Account.
