Awful customer experience. Sold poor quality product and the customer after sales from Fitzgeralds was dismissive, disregarding and downright abrupt. Got a letter that was insulting….accusing me of inappropriate handling! I will never use this company again. Disgraceful.

Great overall service from ordering my new bed with Ian in store to the delivery. They also collected my old bed and took away saving me the hassle of having to do it. Very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely use again.

NEVER use this company. I pride myself on always using local companies where I can but this was a huge mistake. I ordered a bed from their Stamford branch. They didn't have any in their show room but I spent sometime with the shop assistant looking for grey fabric beds. I ordered the one I liked which was a picture of a grey/mink coloured bed. the colour was described in the details as mink. What was delivered can only be described as a light beige/cream. I made a complaint and asked for a refund; they told me it was my mistake and I shouldn't have ordered from a picture. I was told that mink is cream and that is what I had ordered. They offered to take the bed back and give me store credit for 拢350 which would have meant I lost 拢100 pounds. I felt the customer sales manager (Ian from the Spalding branch) was rude and refused to take me or my complaint seriously, even though I told him I was seriously unhappy with their customer service (I had spent over 拢1,000 with them including the mattress). Frustrated, I asked if they could just give me this 拢100 as discount instead and I was told this was not in their terms and conditions. At this point I put the phone down. There is no reasoning with this company. I am furious I have been treated this way by a local company, next time I will go to John Lewis! The only redeeming feature of this company were their delivery drivers who were very professional.

Awful aftersales, terrible aggressive phone manner of their Customer Service Manager who also made libellous claim, belligerent MD. Did not honour 5 year guarantee on a mattress bought 3 years ago.- completely washed their hands of my plight resulting in me having 2 purchase another from elsewhere.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Purchased a bed and mattress a couple of years ago, however it has now sunk on one side. Sent an email to them asking for advice on how we go about making a claim under the warrantee, email was ignored. Sent another email 3 days later showing them the fault
again… ignored!
Terrible customer service and aftercare, would definitely think twice about buying and recommending here.
