I messaged this company via facebook, they got back to me with a quote, it was a great quote to be fair.
They asked me to ring on the friday to confirm a day for the carpeting to be fitted, I rang 3 times with no answer….. I text the number , also no answer.
A few hours later I got a text to say one of their mothers passed away and they would be in contact with me the following week, that's ok I'm not heartless I know what it feels like to lose a parent.
The following week came and went with no contact , I facebook messaged and asked would the carpeting of my stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms still be going ahead…. again, no reply!!
I began to panic as I needed to move into this house within two weeks from the first time I contacted them( which they knew about and with 3 kids and no flooring it wouldnt be suitable) after waiting and waiting I gave up and ordered with a reputable company who had my flooring fitted within a week.
