I ordered a Horizon scooter online from Fluidfreeride over 7 weeks ago, for which I payed over $850 including shipping. I was in contact with customer support who assured me the scooter would be delivered within 2-4 weeks. I've been trying to get some updates from the company on the status of my order but since the last two weeks they have gone totally non responsive and haven't even replied to my last four emails. And even though they told me that my scooter shipped several weeks ago there is no record of the scooter shipping, something I've confirmed with the package insurer. So, at this point I'm down over 800 bucks and with nothing to show for it except for a feeling of being ripped off and disrespected by this company. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I can't believe they can treat a paying customer like this… So, think twice before you order from these guys as you might end up without both your money and your scooter.
