Booked flight via Flygcty. Flight cancelled due to COVID. I myself reached out to flygcty for cancellation. Refund application raised by customer service. Waited for more than 3 months for refund. Reached out to airlines and airline said that travel agency should connect with airlines. Informed same to flygcty and they said Refund request raised and they cant do anything. IF FLYGCTY NOT READY TO FOLLOW UP WITH AIRLINES THEN WHY YOU ARE CHARGING 395SEK? 3 MONTHS+ WAITING IS NOT LESS. Last time I gave excellent rating on 6th march as they did well. But this time it's poor response from customer service.
FLYCITY THIS IS THE CHANCE TO BECOME DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WEBSITE AND DON'T LET YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS BEHIND. I KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER WITH SMALL EFFORT. IT'S AIRLINES PROBLEM BUT WE ARE GETTING FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF NO REPONSE. IF U CONNECT TO AIRLINES THEY WILL MOVE THINGS FAST.

Horrible customer service!! Don't book with this company. I booked a flight with Lufthansa through them. Lufthansa has refunded the money but Flygcity has not refunded me yet! Plus they charge something over 300krper person as a handling fee for the refund but don't do anything. If you call customer service you get an answering machine using the pandemic as an excuse for not being able to take any calls. Worst travel agencies ever!!

Flyg city is the worst ever online traveling agency you will ever come across. Please dear people never book any ticket with them. This company made me lose a lot of money. I have reported them to Kronofogden and Arn and it seems like our case is heading to the court. People who got deceived by them please report them to Krofogden and ARN and push the cases to the court. Trust me they will budge in the end.

Flygcity:

Useless company, confirmed now during Covid-19. Unhelpful and incompetent customer service. Gives you different information, does not follow up on your case, does not reply on e-mails, automatic, incorrect replies, rip you off money, charge extra for no service.

So unnecessary, instead of giving a professional and kind service and thereby keep their customers, they do the opposite and lose customers.

Please stay away from this company. They don鈥檛 answer their phone and barely reply to emails.

Flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 (understandably) but Flygcity will not help us. KLM has been very nice offering us money back but it needs to go through Flygcity and they won鈥檛 do anything for 12 months the earliest. I鈥檓 so sad I booked with them. Stay away!!

The flight was cancelled and according to the european rights im eligble to full refund. The company only offered a voucher or reebooking. Even after informing them about my rights.

Stay away from this company.

Now reported to Swedish ARN.

Customer support don't do their job!
Booked a Qatar Business Class flight to Bali (via Bangkok) for my husband with Flygcity – now that we can't go they won't help me changing the flights even though Qatar has communicated that you can rebook all flights for free or get your money back,
When contacting Flygcity they're saying they can't help us and that we need to directly contact Qatar. After 2 days in phone queues, Qatar tells us that it is Flygcity who are the customer and the ones who needs to change the flights for us, but they refuse to help us.
I will now loose our 鈧?000 we've spent on this flight, thanks to Flygcity, who I was first in contact with 8 days ago when cancellation and refund was free with Qatar.

We booked our SAS flights to Costa Rica (via USA) with Flygcity, now that we can't go (because of US Government restrictions) they won't help us changing the flights even though SAS has communicated that you can rebook all flights for free.
When contacting Flygcity they're saying they can't help us and that we need to directly contact SAS. After 2h in phone queue, SAS tells us that it is Flygcity who are the customer and the ones who needs to change the flights for us, but they refuse to help us.
We will now loose our 鈧?000 we've spent on this trip, thanks to Flygcity.

I bought flight ticket to Newyork through flygcity. While buying the ticket I also bought the gold package and I hoped to have customer service support.
Now due to corona virus risk, the airplane company accept to refund all the tickets. I am trying to reach flygcity to cancel the ticket and refund my ticket cost. I did not get any answer to my emails, they just sent a regular email which is not meaningful. I tried to contact to call center but they don't responds to phone.
Airplane company said that I bought the ticket through flygcity and I should be contact with flygcity for cancellation and refund.
I feel so miserable because of choosing flygcity channel for booking flight ticket.
Due to corona virus risk all companies helping to customer with cancelling flights and refunding the money, but I cannot get any help from flygcity even though I paid extra for support package!

My flight to Paris was rescheduled to a very early time. When I complained they booked me on a later flight with another airline without additional cost. One could argue that they could have proposed the better solution from the beginning, but since it worket out fine, I am happy.

I have never had bad experience with agencies but this time I chose flygcity and was a bad decision. I book the ticket at 23.55 and no way to buy it. I didn't have any option to buy. I made a new booking at 0.05. This time I have the option to buy and it says I still have time during 24 hours. I write to Flygcity to let me buy my first ticket and they said to me: "you have to buy it the same day you book". Really??? first ticket I have to buy it in 5 minutes meantime the second I have 24 hours??? The second was just a simulation since it was much more expensive.
So I lost my ticket and can't buy anymore at the same price.
you really suck Flygcity!!!

I recently bought tickets to Budapest and they cancelled my flight, stating I didn鈥檛 pay, even though I did. So now, I鈥檓 3550kr poorer with no flight tickets. Worst experience ever. I鈥檝e tried calling all day and have sent numerous emails. I want my money back now!!!

I will never ever use this travel company again. Hopefully this terrible review will make you notice my numerous calls and emails.

I had booked a ticket through this site but unfortunately the airlines had cancelled the flights of my return journey.
Airlines requested me to contact the travel agent and then i just wrote a simple email to the Flygcity support but then they reverted back to me in less than 2 hours and they directly provided me with the alternate option which was very Continent.
I was really surprised and happy to receive the new e-ticket in 2 hours without waiting on call center queues.
I appreciate the support from the team and I recommend to use Flygcity for your bookings.

I don't know what is gonna be my experience with flygcity i am calling them last 5 day's and still not get any answer .so I guess is not gonna be good end, and I need just some more information about extra baggage , I traveling alot and first time I have bought a ticket with Agance who have so bad service,?

I fly quite a lot and have booked tickets with many different traveling agencies. This one is the absolute worse one I have ever experienced. Unfortunately I can鈥檛 say a single positive thing about them.
You have to pay extra to get some kind of service which in itself is absolutely ridiculous. I did however pay they extra 99sek for service, and it was absolutely horrible. I have to call 3 times to even get help with what I needed. They have total of 4 hours phone service a day. And nothing at all saturdays and Sunday. Guess they missed the part of people flying on weekends as well. They shouldn鈥檛 even sell tickets for times where they won鈥檛 be able to help you.
Side note to that, if there is anything wrong with your ticket the actual company you are flying with won鈥檛 be able to help you because flygcity are the only one who can correct you ticket. Which they are not willing to do without an extra payment.

They are not willing to help you in any way. I was lucky enough to have great staff helping me for hours on the airport, since flygcity didn鈥檛 do anything. The service from flygcity met me with nothing but a bad attitude and unwillingness.

I have had 5 people from different flying companies (KLM and Delta), and staff at the airports recommending me NOT to book tickets with flygcity again. And after way too many issues, I strongly advice anyone who considering this to choice another agency.

Dont get fooled by this company called Flygcity. Their deal is not transparent. I was fooled into buying a ticket to US for 鈧?40, then when i got the confirmation, there was no baggage included.
When i called them, they told me i have to pay 鈧?00 for my 2 bags (鈧?50 to and 鈧?50 fro), when in actual fact I can get a deal less than 鈧?00 for the same journey with 2 bags inclusive.
When I ask for a refund because of not being transparent in their deal, they told me my ticket is non refundable.
You will hardly notice where they have options for the bags. It was written in a tiny words somewhere and grey-like box that you will never notice its clickable. You wont notice this when you are booking your flight. This is dubious and ridiculous!
A deal should be transparent, don't hide information for customer.
Only explanation i got was that some flight company has started removing baggage from booking. But if such a thing should happen, shouldn't the information be feasible to buyers?
Don't be fool please! This method of fooling people engage by FlygCity is unacceptable and dubious.

Never had experienced such a bad customer service. Leave you in the queue for 30 minutes and ask you to become a gold member in order to get to talk someone faster. Tried to cancel my trip, and had paid before a garanty to do so, but they had misleading rule about the customer has to pay even extra to get the trip canceled. The garanty and the extra paid value was the same which make the customer thinks in the start that the deducted value will be the same as the garanty paid but its not it becomes double paid instead. Their reply in the email takes even longer than the phone call. I also asked if I can change time and the one who answered sent a price for doing so which was much more expensive than if I unbook and book myself through their own website!

Tanks to Flygcity in Sweden my november holiday in Miami is back on track again. The rebooked my ticket with no expense even though the airline was against it to begin with. I have travelled a lot The last 30 years but Flygcitys level of service is truly impressive. Kim Hansen
