Be cautious if you want to make an online payment with contactless delivery even with this current situation we're all in. The rider could hit 'delivered' as the food is NOT delivered and you will have no way of proving whether you've received your food or not. They'll just in a way say you didn't look properly multiple times. No call, no motorcycle honking, nothing. Asked the Help Centre and they got me through 6 different agents of which only ONE gave me some sort of answer but that didn't help at all. All he told me was he couldn't reach the rider and every single one of them told me to wait multiple times and the one that got me through told me to wait some more and the they all disconnected immediately. So I emailed them and all they told me was they did send it as they asked the rider. Sure, we can take HIS word for it. With this lockdown if you don't order on time, you're not going to eat till the next day but I ordered on time. All that waiting though.

Ordered a treat from a local restaurant for delivery in Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur, food arrived around the quoted 20 minutes, delivery driver also called to confirm food arrival. Due to non-contact delivery, you will need to double-check as they can only leave it outside the guard/security/entry house.

and the rider didn't delivered. They now charged me for the food which i even didn't taste. They are not refunding the money. I want my refund back.

FOODPANDA SERIOUSLY NEED TO UPGRADE THEIR APPS. THIS IS 3RD TIME HAPPENED TO ME WHERE I ORDERED SOMETHING AND THEIR APPS FREEZED, SO THE QUANTITY OF ORDER SUDDENLY CHANGE . NOT ONLY THAT BEFORE I EVEN KEY IN THE VOUCHER NO, IT WENT STRAIGHT AWAY TO PROCEED ORDER, SO I'VE TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT THEIR APPS IS REALLY SUCK AND SLOW. BY THE TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRY TO ASSIST, IT WAS TOO LATE BECAUSE RESTAURANT ALREADY TOOK THE ORDER. WTF IS THIS?????? I'VE WAITED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MORE THAN 30MINS AND SOMETIMES I HAD TO QUE ONLINE WZ 129 PEOPLE A HEAD OF ME!!!! THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS. Extremely bad service and attitude! Don't order from there. They delayed our order by an hour and a half and finally, they said it was cancelled. They are lying constantly about everything. They said the restaurant was closed which was not true. The information they passed on to the restaurant was that we had cancelled our order, which again is not true. Finally, they refused to compensate us because they always find an excuse not to do so!

Used them a log when I visited India.
Quality service
Sometimes food came late, as an on demand service platform provider myself, I do understand the intense requirements to sync logistics to get a 5 Star rating.
I give 4 stars to be honest but for this kind of business, anyone who understands it will consider 4 as a 5 start

We ordered food from a burger place, and the restaurant is quite near. The food was delivered 2,5 hours after ordering, and the food was cold, and not worth it. Foodpanda definetly need too improve their services.
