Andover branch customer service is terrible. They rarely answer the phone, and never respond to messages sent via their website.

Once they had my car for a 2 day repair. They took 4 days, and didn't think to contact me. When I contacted them and finally got through they hung up on me rather than explain and apologise for the delay.

Last week took car in for a recall service, and asked for a quote for a dent repair. Was told I'd get an email in 2 days. 8 days later, and 2 chasers by me, they haven't bothered to contact me.

Foray are a complete joke who treat customers with contempt. Use them at your peril.

Having applied for a job with this company waited two months for information i then called them today to get a progress report and was told by some silly little man called Graham who ive never spoken too before that if they wanted to speak to me then they would contact me . Like when next xmas ive only been waiting for 3 months they are very rude and arrogantDO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS BUNCH OF bannas THEY ARE EFFING USELLESS .JO BLOGS .Its not just me lots of customers have complained about this company as well .!!!

My car has been to Foray Ford in Poole for accident repair, and it has come back with more damage than it went in with! It went in with a broken front grille and number plate etc. I had to wait 4 weeks for availability for them to fix it, it then took them 2 weeks to repair this. The day I was supposed to collect it they called to say that it needed a new tyre and that it was being taken to a different garage for this to be done. They said that it was part of the accident damage and insurance claim so there would be no cost to me for it (other than excess). This was strange as the rear offside tyre was not in any way affected by the minor front end shunt. I went to collect the car 2 days later and there was a large scuff mark and scratching along the rear wheel arch, the new tyre had what I think was paint scuffed along it, there were deep scratches to the alloy wheel. I refused to take the car back until that was fixed. This was 5pm on a Friday night. The receptionist asked one of the paintshop people to come and have a look and they removed the scuff mark but left the scratches. I was asked if I was happy with that, again I refused. I was told the manager would call me the following Monday as he had already gone for the weekend. On Tuesday I called him and apparently he knew nothing about it, but said he would find out. He tried to say that the chunks taken out of the alloy wheel 鈥渓ooked old鈥?but as he could not prove either way, they would fix it along with the new scratches on the car, and the tyre that needed replacing was found to be flat one morning when they opened the garage and they don鈥檛 know how it happened. I then waited another 2 weeks for damage to be repaired that they caused. When I went to collect the car again, there was more damage to the other rear alloy wheel, again deep chunks taken out and scuff marks. I didn鈥檛 even bother going back in to question them about it as I figured it would take another 2 weeks and what damage would be caused next time?? My dash cam footage made for interesting watching though as this was connected for the 4 weeks that they had the car! The car was taken to a tyre repair shop, was left there for over 24hrs, despite the repair only taking an hour from being dropped off to being parked up outside. I am going to speak to my insurance company to ensure that the costs for additional repairs and tyres are not just added to my insurance claim as there is no doubt this damage was caused by their staff. I have taken a series of photos of the car and the wheels before and after it went to Foray group so I will pass this onto the insurance company as well.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with!!
Bought a brand new transit from these cowboys and it has been nothing but problems that they can't sort after multiple visits and wasted time!!
The quality of the vehicle is absolutely shocking, it looks like it has been built by a group of 5 year olds and foray could not care any less, apparently it is 'within tollerances' but I'm sure stevie wonder would disagree!
They also put screws through all the bodywork whilst ply-lining it and think it is normal, so my brand new van, which I saved for 8years to buy is now not water-tight and all my tools/materials are getting wet!
They refuse to even acknowledge this, don't you Sam Black??
Please do not give these muppets any of your money, because once they have it you don't have a leg to stand on!!
Can't wait to take this company to court for a full refund plus lots of compensation once I get a chance
They also put a dent in the back of my van whilst trying to fix one of the multiple problems and refuse to acknowledge or accept responsibility

They are the same company and it shows in their appalling service attitude. Once they have your money its 50/50 if you get the partsn or even see your money again. Never sent my parts out but claimed they did. Refused to send tracking number so this can be confirmed which obviously shows they never sent them. Kept hold of my money still and did not respond to complaints. These people FORD PARTS UK are the parts division of FORAY MOTOR GROUP and Chris Yoxon is the Managing Director. Sent an official complaint to him which was also ignored. The entire outfit stinks so be warned before buying anything off them eithers cars or parts. had to threaten legal action to get money back.
