Ordered 5 sweaters
They took 2.5 months to arrive and 3 of the 5 items were the wrong sweaters. Looked like your sweaters from a concert and plain colored ones.

I contacted support 17 times now and they won鈥檛 do a thing except tell me I鈥檓 lucky to have their clothing and to keep the pieces / give them to friends / enjoy them.
They offered me $10 back on a purchase of over $150 where $95 of it was the wrong items.

I ordered two items, both took longer then two months to arrive and when they did the cloths were cheap knock offs and only resembled what I had bought. The shorts were not embroidered and looked so cheap. The sweatshirt had the design, which wasn't even the right design, on backwards and upside down. I contacted them about returning it, and they just told me to contact the shipping company and not them!

I ordered two pairs of the embroidered shorts. Not only did it take two months to receive my order but one of the shorts didn鈥檛 have any embroidery and the other one was the wrong color. And neither pair had a hole for the button!!!
